Aesthetics Forms Pricing
At Aesthetics Forms we offer a 7 Day Free Trial where you will receive 25 free credits. In the trial period you can upload your logo, send some forms to your clients and test out the bookings calendar. You can upgrade to one of our subscription plans at any time. Each time a form is successfully submitted to your account – 1 credit will be deducted from your account balance. The form can be any size and number of pages and can be submitted by multiple parties. 1 Form Submitted = 1 Credit. With a monthly subscription you will receive a set number of credits each month, depending on which plan you choose. If you run out of credits before the end of the month you can simply top up with our Pay As You Go credits. Paying annually offers a 20% discount on our monthly plans. You will receive the total annual credits up front so you can use as many or as little credits per month as you like, which offers more flexibility.

Saved my sanity
My clients have enjoyed that they don’t have to do paper forms. We live in such a digital time that is so much easier for so many more of my clients to fill out forms online and it is to sit and read through paperwork.
PROSI really enjoyed that It took the hard thinking out of the sort of forms that I needed for my business. It had all of the categories for the services I was going to be offering at my business already at my fingertips. My insurance also excepts the forms and signatures.
CONSI almost wish that it was a one time purchase of the forms that I use regularly. I understand the monthly payment, but I would almost rather purchase all the forms I need in bulk and be done.
