We can not just manage inventory but also onboarding, and leave management of our employees.Also, all this data is easily available in Google Sheets for our analysis

More customization is required, but I am optimistic that the BoloForms team is very much capable to make this more extensive.

The most useful thing about boloforms is the notification feature. It notifies us by email which helps us approve requests even when we're not available for them.

As of now we don't have any problem with the platform but would like a mobile app to get these notifications.

The best feature I liked about BoloForms is that we can create our custom reports and pdf which can be sent to our managers effectively.

It is very simple to use, but it requires more integrations.

Overall experience has been good till now, we're trying more ways to use BoloForms inside our organisation and releasing slowly into different departments.

We're able to replace 2-3 internal tools with help of BoloForms, it can be modified to optimize almost all the operational workflows, we're also trying to replace more tools with it.

My trial experience was good. However, once implemented in an actual production business, it fell short. I wish it had worked due to the price. I didn't want to renew DocuSign as it is more expensive. Unfortunately, customers complained that they were not able to sign, or it gave them a timeout.

I liked the price and the clean Interface.

Some customers reported that they were not able to sign the forms. Adding PDFs was very difficult You could not modify the PDFs after it was created. If you want to send a reminder you need to upgrade. Even thou I had unlimited. Small amount of features and they want you to pay for basic features available in other programs.
