We've been using Borneosoft online forms and its CRM and we're seeing immediate positive impact to our business. It allows us to create online invoice to receive payment from our clients. I specially loves its table/spreadsheet so we can enter the job items in the invoice. Its support is great and I highly recommend Borneosoft to anyone who needs online form and CRM.

It's online form is very customisable. Adding payment option to online form is very easy and straightforward. Online forms integration with CRM is a plus.

Some section of its documentation is not up-to-date

I really like Borneosoft CRM & online forms as it saves time and cost for us to communicate with parents such as getting parents' consent, keeping child's details and immunisation records up-to-date, sending announcements, etc. Borneosoft provides all that we need and really enjoy using it!

I've tried few other software tools and online applications until I use Borneosoft online forms and CRM, and I've never looked back. I am really impressed with how easy to customise the online forms for my customers to enter the online orders. It really helps my business a lot. To be able to view past orders and keeping customers data in the same app is a big plus.

I really like the function that lets me add design files into my contacts so I can find them quickly. They also add a feature to add online forms to contact which helps me get design feedback from my clients. The support is excellent. They always respond whenever I need them. If you need customizable CRM and online forms, I would recommend Borneosoft.

Customisable

It takes a little bit of getting used to creating online forms, but after creating a few, it's pretty easy.

Working with Luke is GREAT! He is a breath of fresh air. He is super responsive, knows the Adobe software we use and if we do not understand something, he does, and he helps us fix it. We make mistakes and have to ask him to do over or change forms and he does it immediately. We have no complaints and would recommend Borneosoft to anyone. Luke is the definition of Customer Service.

I previously used off-the-shelf publisher to create form and uploaded it but it was a tedious process. I now use Borneosoft online forms and it is simple and easy to make beautiful forms. I can easily change the background or fonts that suit the design theme.
