The simplicity. I have a business that doesn’t have it’s own website or technology so I rely on other software and apps. I like that I can easily create ways to engage with the tenants in my properties and get their feedback. The drag and drop function is nice and I can easily send it to recipients I want to fill out the form. The integration and submission tracking is also really easy to use to keep track of the responses.

Having a way to text the link to the form would be a nice improvement and would likely help me get more submissions and feedback.

I like that Intely provides templates but I can create customized forms too.

I’ve had no issues using Intelyforms, it was very straight forward.

Good product for the money, easy customization on forms. The only thing I would like them to add would be the function of the actual PDF being emailed directly to me when someone fills it out. Currently, the only thing emailed is a notification telling that a form had been completed and then I have to go into the system and pull the form info out.

The price is what I like the most. It's har dot find HIPPA compliant forms at reasonable prices. I also felt the customization of the forms was easy to do.

Sometimes when making edits to the forms, the system would not save the changes.
