Easily customisable forms with a huge range of functionality
On the odd occasion I have not been able to figure something out on the generally easy to use forms, I have been able to contact customer service and they have got back to me very quickly. On a couple of occasions they have even arranged a phone call to help me understand and solve a particularly tricky customisation problem. Really good customer service, based in the UK, which means that if there is a problem, I’m not having to wait after midnight to talk to them.
PROSIpegs is easy to use and best of all completely customisable. It has allowed me to create lead generation forms that brand perfectly with my website and that allow my clients to upload inspiration images before their consultation.It also securely stores ID verification documents and service consent forms that I would otherwise have to store on site at the studio.
CONSWould be great to have the ability to automatically process ID verification forms at the point of signing so that they don’t have to be verified/checked before archival.
Reasons for switching to iPEGS Remote
My old form generation lead did not enable me to integrate so easily with an excel database for analysis, or to send my lead forms onto my artists with such ease.

Game changer
This has been a time saver for me. Allowing clients to complete the forms in their own time rather than in my time, I can book client appointments times closer together. Also if there is a contraindication which means I shouldn’t be massaging a client for a particular reason this will show up on the form. I review the form as soon as they send it and it avoids a client turning up and then being turned away due to an illness or ailment.
PROSI found iPegs during covid when massage therapists were opening and closing with changing government advice. As a small business I had clients into my home and forms would be completed together in the lounge but during and following covid, I didn’t really want clients in my lounge where my family spent time. That’s where iPegs came in. It was a fab way of ensuring clients could complete their forms prior to their appointment. This had more benefits than I initially realised - it kept foot traffic out of my lounge, saved time, allowing appointments to be closer together rather than having to allow for 20 mins of form filling, gave a professional look and feel to the company.
CONSI find it a little tricky to navigate when I want to change a question or when I find a fault with the form. I’m 40 and not a complete dinosaur when it comes to electronics/ computers but this I do find a little tricky. This might just be because I edit the forms so infrequently though.

Basic, did the job.
I used for over one year and wouldn’t go back. Was a basic set up that got me through the change from paper to online forms but not the best.
PROSI liked that I could download the files once created.
CONSI didn’t like the basic features, the signature box, the way that the forms appeared to edit, the lack of simplicity to use on other devices rather than a laptop. Basic and reasonable in price but not very professional in appearance, minimal ability to add branding and difficult to edit on iPad.

Great help to our business.
We found Ipegs and trailed when looking for a form maker and manager to help with our busy domiciliary care business. We like we can build forms to our needs, and change them as our needs change too.
CONSI feel there should be a way of making forms that have drop down sections, so you can drop down the section from the heading. Sometimes I feel the forms look too much when opening.

Using and will use this platform forever
Very beneficial, I am not longer using paper client forms, very easily I can find a form.
PROSThe most I like is that subbmited clients form straight comes to my email, one click and I can read it on pdf format.
CONSThe person who is filling the form. Has to create an account to be able to download filled form

Because it had template client forms that I can use. I only had to change it a bit instead of creating it from zero

Great for remote aesthetic consent forms
I started to use this service post pandemic and have been happy with it since Ease of use for me to adapt, send and receive plus easy for my patients to use

Very good and simple solution
Very good system, would highly recommend.
PROSThe setup was very simple, the demonstration of how to alter forms and make them suitable to your business was great.
CONSSometimes third-party signature users would become confused, or their signature would not record correctly.

Great online forms!
I love how easy is to send ipegs to my clients and I can customise the forms .
