The tracking data on products was quite helpful.

Our experience has been good. When we have an issue or a problem, tech support is helpful in solving the issues we have.

The actual product is pretty good. There are things about it that are far more intuitive than what we were using previously, which is why we chose this system.

The fact that I was charged for software and data transfer and received software without data transfer so it is useless. I have been waiting so long it was called AIMsi when I bought it.

We use this software everyday for the gun shop. It is great at keeping everything in one place and easy to use.

When problems arise, help is quick to resolve them. The Proposal module makes my clients interested in following through to purchase.

It was a good starting point, but we outgrew this software within 2 years of starting the company. Our eCommerce portal was functional, but cumbersome.

If your looking for a new POS system I would strongly recommend taking a look at Tri-Technical Systems.

We are a small shop and spent a good amount of time shopping around for the best fit for the best price.

User friendly, tech support is good and a fair price.

Very intuitive and easy to set up. Their tech staff is very friendly and super helpful getting you all set up and going.

It seemed the easiest to use. We are not a big company and this seemed to work best for us.

If there is a problem after hours or on weekends, there is nobody there to answer those questions or fix those problems.

Once you live it and breath it like it do it's one thing. But my employees tend to make mistakes often because they miss a step.

I also like that it can integrate with Quickbooks and we can stay with our current merchant services provider.

Integration with previous inventory got messed up and we had to do much more work to get corrected.

This made it very difficult to process transactions remotely (tradeshows, etc) or work remotely.

It handles almost everything under one roof. This is nice because we don't have to purchase multiple POS systems and record keeping software.

Customer service and sales people as a whole have been fantastic. Best software I've found to date.

They are always ready to help and super friendly. I love that they can remote in and show us what to do.

Don't buy this, it is a POS. And no I don't mean Point Of Sale.

Very frustrating and the tech support is costly, yet you almost need it as they charge outrageous fees for calling tech support without it.

The lack of support for current software is disappointing. Excel is limited to the 2003 format, and the program is built on Visual Fox Pro 9, a program discontinued in 2007.

I can look up a customer and see history or whatever I need and it will all be there. I also like that I own the program and it is not a subscription based service.

The software is great and the staff who have all been friendly and willing to help when I called for tech support.

And for example: having to get out of one frame and into another one for the same customer with a different question about their account is sometimes frustrating.

There's no integrated Canadian payroll with this program, so I have to use a second program and then manually post the entries over, which is very time-consuming.

We used it to track salesman commissions and it worked great for that as well.

But honestly its a very small complaint and in no way affects the 5 star rating.

I quit using this product with some regrets and went to Lightspeed, which I hate but at least I can get it to work. Using AIMsi was an unpleasant and frustrating experience.

We really enjoy the freedom from the trade times we had with our last POS/Tee Sheet system. We no longer are stuck discounting our tee times below what we want and essentially devaluing our product.

I love the fact that this small business is providing a point of sale solution and online tee sheet that actually helps golf courses. The product is incredibly reliable and easy to use.

The POS is incredibly simplified for my staff, allowing them the confidence to perform their jobs quickly and efficiently.

The ease-of-use is great for us too being an operation that has many part time employees they love the set up of the system and intuitive design.

This system does not only do everything we need it to and more, but it does it very easily and saves the business a lot of money by saving a lot of time.

Most all software systems are not ideal in every aspect.

We have been extremely pleased with the transition to TeeQuest at our facilities.

The support staff is second to none and is always available during those difficult course hours.

One of the only problems we have had is that it is a little tricky to ring up tournaments/outings and then pay out gift certificates with a portion of the money.

This is a great POS system and tee sheet management software backed by excellent support. The best part is getting away from GolfNow.

The software is great, but the support is the best thing. Very responsive and easy to get questions answered.

What's even better is that the functionality of the software is great. It was an easy transition to TeeQuest and we are very happy with the overall performance of the product.

The  customer service is outstanding  with a punctual and dedicated staff.

Being able to drop tee times at random times allows me the opportunity to maximize my revenues and give customers the best chance to play our course.
