Like before. It helps me to collect money from my clients and also helps them to manage their reservation. In small business it's a big convenience, when one person is responsible for contact with clients, organization and provision of services.
PROSI think that it's easy to use for me and also for my clients, so it safes my time making signing up for the classes at my studio easier. I can check history on my clients accounts, control payments and other parts of my fitness business in one place.
CONSI used to work with "cots" section, but entering them took much more time than doing it in Excel and this section is not compared with any reports I can generate in eFitness, that's why I don't use it now.
Reason for choosing eFitness
I found it first, the company is based in the same city, we could meet quickly, they offered introduction of existing database from my excel. They also did training of their software for us and contact was fast and easy. Now it's even better.

eFitness is Cool
Overall, the system is very user-friendly.
PROSI like the user-friendly interface of efitness and the ability to make many changes and adjustments on my own. I highly appreciate the helpdesk support, which consistently resolves any issues I encounter in a timely manner.
CONSLack of integration with the payment terminal has been a need for us for several years. In today's world, this should be a basic function of the system

Yes, we conducted tests of the WODGuru system, and they did not turn out successfully.
Reasons for switching to eFitness
The PerfectGym program was too complicated and not intuitive enough to use. Every change in settings had to be made through the helpdesk, and sometimes the helpdesk didn't respond to inquiries for even two weeks.

The whole system is easy to use and very intuitive.

Fitness Club
It’s ability to track trends in membership class bookings, club footfall and members ship sales and retention.
CONSEnglish is not the base language for this software, however the translation has improved greatly and the guys on the help desk are great.

In perfect gym there was no communication with support and management. No anwers, not qualified people. The system was hard to understand for empleyys in reception.

Very good
In a few words our cooperation since the beginning is characterized by: - prompt response to questions/requests for support from management team - proper guidance in any type of issues/requests may occur from management team - proper training at the begging - excellent help desk - user friendly system - easy to understand - many functionalities available - continuous upgrades!

CONSThe only thing that has bothered us was 1-2 very unique custom developments that were not able to be done because it would create problem to the rest of the users/clients of efitness - but at the end there where always other solutions that were proposed close to the final goal

EFitness review
Easy to use. Good contact with EFitness team. Easy to install and teach all the employees plus quite intuitive to use from the clients side.
CONSThey have a lot of functions for big companies but if the small wants to change something then must pay a lot for any changes .

Great for my gym
The software after you set up is very easy and does most of the work for you. We created with eFitness a complete self-service journey for members. Thye buy membership online and are billed automatically. It all sync with the access control also managed by the system. Greate especially in the coronavirus enviroment.
CONSMembership configuration has a lot of options and sometimes we need customer support to set it up the way we want to.

Ease of use, the ease of teaching new employees this software.
CONSSometimes technical problems, but always quickly resolved.
