Sassafras K2
Sassafras helps in identify waste in business. It is a good product for cost analysis of software and hardware.
PROSSassafras K2 captures complete information on machine and software usage. The level of detail in the information gathered is impressive and useful. Support from the Sassafras is solid and available to users of all skill levels.
CONSThe interface has a learning curve. It is good to pair with the vendor when beginning to install their agent on the clients. I use is mostly for asset tracking and usage, but the capabilities are big and can be overwhelming for the end user.

Sassafras - K2
We were careful to enter good, valid data into the software. It is stable, but can be difficult to pull out the desired information. The customer support is really good.
PROSIt is a comprehensive asset management tool.
CONSThe interface can be really overwhelming. It takes time to acclimate to the windows and organize in a useful manner.
