Jobber does the job nicely, quickly, easily and is quite affordable for any small business. It integrates nicely with financial systems such as QuickBooks too.

Absolutely love having jobber to run our company. Being able to integrate with square and quickbooks allows us to be efficient, effective and on the path to a successful future.

Technicians can't even look at the calendar to see where their next job is. This has been a very disappointing and huge inconvenience.

Jobber streamlines the whole process of dispatching, time tracking, and invoicing and exports the info to my QuickBooks. Excellent customer support as well.

I really don't have any major negative complaints on this program, once I learned the set up and got used to it.

I had to set up an account, reset the password, press cancel and THEN they cancelled it and even though I did not use a single day on the app refused to refund over $1000 in charges.

Overall great software, great team of customer support...very quick to respond. Very great value and professional looking software for the low cost.

The customer service people were great. The scheduling and time sheet function was quite easy to manage.

Jobber is good for someone just starting out due to it's ease of use but if you want to do any MailChimp or resending quotes you better be willing to pay a lot of money.

Another problem is that my drivers sometimes have 55 stops in a day. From their app you can’t see a map - just a list.

The mobile app is top notch. Customer service is very friendly and helpful if you have a problem.

No way to require employees to use them on the job. The leadership of this company is scared to death of competition.

How easily we can update tasks, think through the cadence of the requirement of tasks and have users of all levels have responsibility in the system.

Not dynamic - doesn’t integrate with other software and it’s tough to find data once in the system.

Alerts team for upcoming expiring contracts, certificates, licenses, etc. Support team is awesome.

It is very difficult to locate and print reports. Instructions are not very clear.

This is a great tool to track the onsite team's progress. While we are still working through the bumps, we are now well on our way.

More to add as we move forward, but so far, the steps that have been implemented have gone smoothly and the LEO team has been a great help in the process.

The capital expense form is repetitive with vendor information and could be simplified to use the first vendor as the first bid.
