Der Wechsel zu Visitor war eine gute Entscheidung!

Mein Gesamteindruck von Visitor ist rundweg gut. Bestimmt gibt es noch Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten da und dort, aber Visitor überzeugt mich in Optik, Übersichtlichkeit, Bedienungsfreundlichkeit, Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, und der freundlichen, umfangreichen und professionellen Betreuung bei Fragen

-Mir gefällt an Visitor sehr gut, dass ich die Preise jederzeit selber und unkompliziert ändern kann, und diese dann automatisch auch an die diversen Buchungsplatformen (booking.com usw.) übermittelt werden. - Ich brauche kein backup zu machen um meine Buchungen zu sichern, um sie bei Verlust wiederherstellen zu können - Am besten gefällt mir die wirklich sehr professionelle, engagierte, und persönliche Betreuung bei Fragen! Das ist wirklich einzigartig!

CONS

-Die online-Buchung auf der Website könnte durch einen übersichtlichen Kalender ergänzt werden. - Bei Buchungen mit Frühstück muss ich dieses noch manuell hinzufügen, und vom System hochrechnen lassen - für nach alter individuell einstellbaren Kinderpreisen wäre ich ebenfalls sehr dankbar.

Ich fand Lodgit Desk auch sehr einfach in der Bedienung. Sehr Übersichtlich und mit vielen Funktionen. Grund für den Wechsel waren für mich - Dass bei Visitor auch der Chanelmanager integriert ist - Die möglichkeit, jederzeit unkompliziert die Preise anzupassen wenn nötig

I got so excited about using this website. I want to earn amazon gift cards. I tried to learn more about this website.

I think the pros will be, this Capterra is really good for those visitors who wants to earn extra money. And Capterra is legit one earning website.

CONS

Maybe the cons are, this website has a lots of thinks that visitors didn't know. I need to know & learn more about this website.

Mega Software kinderleicht zu bedienen

PROS

Die Kommunikation zwischen fein einzelnen Buchungsplattformen, ebenso das sperren der Zimmer direkt über die Software erspart einem viel Zeit und Arbeit.

CONS

Nichts, anfangs tut man sich etwas schwer doch nach einpaar Stunden ist’s Routine.

Easy to use

Its a very useful tool, especially if they implement the features which are important for me. Im looking forward to see their development.

PROS

I like the easy usability of the program. The functions are covering not more and less of what I need for an price which is an a range in which I finally did this step. Most important for me is the fact that stuff is automized which normally took a lot of time, such as emails for confirmations or changes of bookings. I'm not using the program long enough to give an insight of the increase in revenue but overall I feel like theres more movements in the new bookings. 

CONS

The onboarding process was a bit stumbling, but finally everything worked the way it was supposed. It would be create if bookings could be imported automatically since its taking a long time to add all of them manually to the calendar, pls changes this for the future! Also I feel like the service with be even more helpful if numbers or bookings could be exported, for example the guest details or the booking details, im always just printing out the website itself.

Because it was a way easier to use and also cheaper

Wechsel vom Wettbewerber nicht bereut

Alles in allem aber eine super Sache. Vor allem nicht in Englsich sondern deutsch

Alles einfach zu bedienen. Support super und schnell. Kann es sehr empfehlen

Leider gibts immer mal Probleme auf der App. Seite baut sehr langsam auf auf nem Apple Phone

Amazing business software

It is superb from the start. Good customer service. It is obvious that this business cares about what it does. If they promoted some of the features and apps they provide, I believe they would do much better.

PROS

The flexibility of the calendar's view. the analytics and reporting. Additionally, there are a ton of features I wish I had time to explore.

CONS

I'd just like to be able to color-code my schedule according to the incoming channel. In this method, I would have instant visual proof that would show me where the reservations are coming from and would instantly show me how any particular offer is doing based on the channel. Even better would be if the reservation included a note indicating which promotion was applied.

Overall, it is exactly the type of software which we need for our size.

PROS

As a small accommodation, a Hotel software is a very helpful thing. We were looking for one which provides all the needs for our size by being inexpensive at the same time.

CONS

Some features are missing, but it seems like they already work to implement them.

Money Savvy Software

All in all, it’s inexpensive and easy to use and gives justice to what it should do. Perfect software for small accommodations.

PROS

The price is relatively cheaper than other similar applications. Easy to navigate and features are displayed in a systematic way. It is very helpful for owners of small accommodation. Its functionalities make the tasks easier to accomplish.

CONS

Some features could have been improved but it would be probably evident once the application is fully established.

Visitor Buchungssoftware

Ich habe die Visitor als ein sehr Kundenorientiertes Unternehmen kennengelernt. Sehr angenehm finde ich den Support, der sich stets meiner Wünsche, Verbesserungsvorschläge und Probleme sehr zeitnah annimmt.

PROS

Einfache und benutzerfreundliche Bedienung. Es ist eine große Erleichterung für mich, die Buchungen, die von den externen Buchungsportalen, wie z.B. Booking.com und Expedia nicht mehr selber verwalten zu müssen. Auch die Visitor Buchungsseite, die auf unserer Homepage eingebunden wurde, kommt bei meinen Gästen gut an und erleichtert den täglichen Ablauf. Dadurch spare ich jeden Tag Zeit.

CONS

Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn man zukünftig auch Rechnungen erstellen könnte. Der automatische Versand der Buchungsbestätigungen an unsere Kunden sollte noch verbessert werden, da einige Buchungsbestätigungen nicht bei meinen Kunden ankommen.

Reason for choosing Visitor

Die einfache Bedienung, das gute Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und die kompetenten und sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter haben mir die Entscheidung zu Gunsten von Visitor leicht gemacht. Sehr gut finde ich es, dass Visitor ein regionales Unternehmen ist, das ich gerne unterstütze.

incredible system easy to manage

I have a more organized data integration and controlled monitoring without being able to forget visitors or reservations I have for my accommodation

PROS

It has a control panel that has been very easy to learn to use, with the app on my cell phone I can manage my work from anywhere, having real-time monitoring of visitors. Its price is economical because its value is for the whole year without having to pay a high monthly fee, I really like its price and quality

CONS

I have not had any functional problems or any other type of problem. To my satisfaction, everything has been fabulous.

Tolle Software für Kleine Unternehmen

Unser Buchungsprozess ist deutlich einfacher und schneller geworden. Die Direktbuchungen über unsere Hombepage haben stark zugenommen. Insgesammt eine sehr positive Entwicklung.

PROS

Visitor zeichnet sich vor allem dadurch aus, dass der Support sehr persönlich und direkt erfolgt. Visitor entwickelt sich stetig weiter und man hat tatsächlich guten Einfluss auf Änderungen die für den eigenen Betrieb wichtig sind.

CONS

Es gibt einige Features, die noch in der Entwicklung sind und von daher noch nicht voll nutzbar umbesetzt wurden. Die Berichterstattung hat noch Mängel wie auch die Lösung des Rechnungswesens.

Änderungen lassen sich mit ein paar Klicks sofort umsetzen und die optische Aufmachung ist einfach Klasse.Sollten bei der Einrichtung oder ersten Bedienung fragen aufkommen so hat man immer einen direkten Anpsrechpartner, der einen „An die Hand nimmt“ und gemeinsam nach einer Lösung sucht. ein absoluter Mehrwert für unser Haus und das zu einem sehr fairen Preis!

Mein Gesamteindruck von Visitor ist gut. Man wird immer auf Stand gehalten was die Supportanfragen angeht und es ist persönlich.

PROS

Mir gefällt an Visitor am Besten der persönliche Support. Die Ansprechpartner sind bekannt, antworten in kurzer Zeit und man landet nicht an einer Hotline.

CONS

Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist das wir bei den Verfügbarkeiten "Zimmer" stehen haben und es nicht "Betten" heisst.

Es gibt keine Übernachtungen mehr. Super um mehrere Buchungsplattformen zu managen. Support freundlich und schnell.

CONS

Da gibt es eigentlich nichts zu meckern. Handy app statt Web App wäre vielleicht nett.
