I have a vacation home on the Dead Sea, the place is well kept and invested and active for almost 20 years. Currently I work with Mini Hotel for about 3 consecutive years. It is important for me to point out that this is a very professional, professional and skilled team, and most importantly a very high level of service consciousness in all departments with a great deal of knowledge in the hotel industry. The software is very reliable, so far I have not encountered a single malfunction in terms of system operation, accurate system, and client security, very convenient and work friendly. Quick and professional answer to any question from the entire team, 24/7 telephone answering service anytime, anytime. This software instantly increases the business cycle. In my opinion, and after many tests on the subject, the good name of Minnie Hotel goes before them, and they are number one in the field. The Shtarkman Erna Hotel is a small boutique hotel that has 30 rooms in different levels and have been in business for the last 60 years. Since our experience with variety of systems we knew what we were looking for, a system that would answer all our requests and has different options and quick solutions for our staff. We found the Mini Hotel program and decided to give it a try. We were immediately answered by their lovely staff and changes have been made to fit our requests and needs. The staff and its [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] accompanied us when we installed it and gave us a training course both for our staff and for our financial division.
PROSThe system is easy to use and friendly to the eye. There are different colors to show the different type of rooms and the status of each guest. the system is connected to online bookings. The rates system updating makes it easy for our reservation department to give quick and accurate rates. The Mini Hotel program has an app that makes management follow stats and update guest information in a quick and easy way. It helped us go more green since we stopped photocopying ID's and used the app to take a picture directly to each guest information.
CONSWe are satisfied with the fast officiant answers from the support team, they quickly modificated our requests.

We were the first to connect to the Mini Hotel software in 2008. Since then the sales of hotel rooms and other services have increased by hundreds of percent. The attitude towards us is personal and excellent with always a desire to help and listen to every problem and every glitch. We believe in this software in every aspect, speed, help in the existing situation (Covid-19), 40% discount on the monthly payment, creativity, flexibility and of course above all a human attitude :) that does not exist these days.
PROSThe software is easy and user-friendly, it has all the connections to all online sites for selling hotel rooms and all other hotel services. The staff gives excellent service and is available most hours of the day. Very flexible and listen to the customer and always try to help.

The general experience is excellent. This software is easy, simple interfaces and support staff are very available and professional, always ready to help. It enables flexible, high-level solutions, interfaces with external companies, agents and vendors, and often updates. The [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] are attentive to our needs and make effort to constantly improve processes that make it easier to work.
PROSThe software is very easy to use, very flexible and contains many functions that help manage the hotel. Our hotel also has attractions and other products that we sell via mini hotel.
CONSCanceled transactions cannot be deleted in guest accounts.

PROSThis very user friendly program enables us to run a very efficient business and takes alot of stress off the management side. The integration with mailchimp is a great bonus so that we can advertise very easily.

Mini Hotel
Realmente siempre nos hemos sentido muy cómodos con la utilización y la atención del personal que minimiza cualquier debilidad que pueda tener el sistema. El año pasado realizamos un pago de 6 meses adelantados por tomar los Motores de Reservas sin costo. Este año cuando nos pasaron el costo mensual, el mismo fue un 100% mayor que el que pagamos 6 meses antes, lo que nos parecio un poco abusivo tendiendo en cuenta que la inflación es importante pero no un 100% en 6 meses. Luego de utilizar el sistema desde el 2017, nos pasaron a una tarifa de mostrador, sin ninguna explicación.

Sistema hotelero para gestión integral de propiedades
Gestión de calendarios y conexión con diferentes canales de venta. Interface intuitiva y ágil. Gestor de reportes. Panel de tarifas y restricciones. Equipo de soporte técnico súper eficiente.

Un PMS interesante pero con demasiados glitches
Sinceramente, desde mi lugar en la recepción, no he tenido una buena experiencia con el programa. Como dije anteriormente, seguramente se debe a que está más orientado para una organización de otro estilo. Sin embargo para un hotel con pocos empleados o movimientos predecibles, no presenta mayores soluciones.
PROSSu versión web facilitó bastante la funcionalidad en relación a la versión de escritorio.
CONSEl software puede resultar lento para algunas funciones que requieren de actividad continua. A su vez permanece loggeado por muy poco tiempo lo que implica un reingreso a la cuenta cada ciertos minutos sin actividad. Está pensado para equipos de trabajo amplios donde cada uno tiene una función específica, pero siento que se dificulta su funcionamiento cuando se requiere cubrir una posición multitasking como en hoteles de menor categoría. En más de una oportunidad hemos requerido un blanqueo de contraseñas general porque el sistema directamente desconoce la de cada uno de los miembros de la organización. También puede ser tediosa la carga de datos y tarifas en los portales.

Me encanto
Al usar este software tengo la sensación de tener más tiempo para dedicar a otros trabajos porque todo funciona automático lo único que tengo que revisar son los precios lo demás ya no tengo que estar saltando de un calendario a otro para ver que estén sincronizados.
PROSLa atención que recibi de [SENSITIVE CONTENT]! Las habitaciones ficticias que me han instalado me ayuda a hacer un overbooking que es muy importante especialmente cuando clientes no pagan todavía pero tampoco queremos cancelarle las reservas hasta que tengamos otra pagada esta función me faltó con otro channelmaneger que probé en pasado, la atención al cliente es superior a lo esperado.
CONSNo hay ningún inconveniente, lo único que se pudiera mejorar son los colores en las listas de precios para poder ver más rápido qué habitación está abierta y cuál esta cerrada pero funciona bien también con 1 y 0

PROSThe software is so easy to use ! Regardless of your ability to use technology anyone can easily learn this program . I can quickly and easily pull up my bookings to check guests in . Customer service out of this world. You are treated like family with no question being considered silly.
CONSNot many cons as an amazing product . I have requested that on the app the motel room appear when the booking comes through as an email. Currently it shows me the travellers s name how many guests in the group dates of check-in and departure and payment method that is the only thing missing is room # . This leaves you jumping from email over to app .

Es excelente. Mas alla del servicio, la calidad humana de todo el equipo, realmente destable como trabajan y responden, es un placer.
PROSMe gusta la conexión con los canales, y la posibilidad de e mails y sus variedades, también todo lo que te permite controlar y funciones. Estoy muy satisfecho
CONSLa parte de contabilidad que no me permita colocar gastos en función del tipo de caja La versión online no me gusto ni me sentí cómodo trabajando visualmente sumado a que no cuenta con las mismas funciones aun.
