Great value, great support
We have been using WeBee at our hotel for a while now and without a doubt, it is one of the most valuable tools our hotel has. Not only having a native app for the hotel is prestigious but also direct engagement with our guests increased satisfaction, therefore, lead to more return-guests. WeBee was most helpful with their support and initial setup process. We would recommend WeBee to any hotel that would like to increase the value of their establishments.

It is a good program but need development in some area i think. Quick and direct contact with guest gives great advantage. Guests birthday selection is not working, support team is working on it for about 5 months.
PROSPrompt actions. 24 hours connection with guest.
CONSFor some guests it seems diffucult to use. Especially for elderly people.

Effecient Product, Great Support Team
Very happy with Webee. I highly recommend the product and the team.
PROSWebee is a very effecient product that has all the features we could possible need. It is a very user friendly product whether from customer aspect or staff. The deployment of the product was very simple and straight-forward. No complicated tech. The sales team and the support team are absolutely fantastic. Very responsive, very flexible, and always there for us.
CONSReporting dashboard and data base has space for improvement. But all the basic reporting features are there.
Reasons for switching to WeBee
Other product was very complicated. Much more ecpensive for much less features. Their team were non responsive.

Excellent and would recommend other companies to use it.
PROSThe support that was given to us during the buying, implementation process and after sale support and follow up. This strength that WeBee Team has, add value to the application and makes it easy to surf. Additionally, WeBee functionality that brough us closer to our guests which has reflected positively on the overall guest feedback.
CONSThe slowness of the app sometimes which makes a bit difficult to be answer to the guest requests.

There are 12 hotels in our company.We decided to use a mobile application so that our guests can always feel as close to us . Webee team prepared a product exactly as we imagined and presented it for all our facilities. They always answer all our questions. Being able to reach them whenever we want makes us feel very safe.
PROSWebee is simple to use for our guests, this is what we liked the most.
CONSWe are satisfied with Webee, there is nothing we like less.

A must-have for hotels
We chose this hotel application after thoroughly evaluating various software options. What truly sets it apart is its unique ability to be customized to fit our specific hotel's needs. The features we found most valuable include customization, push notifications, responsive technical support, and the ability to digitize all our hotel services. This combination benefits both our guests and our staff. Furthermore, the app is user-friendly, compatible with both Android and iOS devices, and offered at a reasonable price.
PROSThe ability to tailor the app to a hotel's brand creates a more cohesive and personalized guest experience. This is crucial point for us. In additional to collect all hotel services under one digital applciation - is good idea. I believe that it is very usefull for hotel guests.
CONSSometimes the speed of application is not balanced. I think it can be improved and may be it is based on hotel internet speed.

From the customers point of view The user interface is brilliant design and the user experience is very easy to use I recommend Webee to everyone
