Tracking Staff Level MBOs
Our HR Department brought this tool to management to assist with managing a growing staff count. It's been an asset!
PROSBPMLink does make the monthly process of tracking goals easier than utilizing spreadsheet data. We allow the staff to add additional goals for projects that come up during the month.
CONSSometimes I get lost in the setup of the Annual Goals. It's daunting at first when you are developing the goals to provide the metrics that allow for goal setting.

Tracking performance and goals for your employees quickly and easily.
Our company uses this software to track performance. I am not convinced this is an accurate depiction of employee performance.
PROSI appreciate the value of performance software, and it does help the managers track the employee's performance.
CONSI don't completely feel that it is an accurate depiction of the performance of an employee, especially when goals are set up in a general fashion. I do find the reporting to be vague when having to choose whether you think you "inspire others" or are "on track" or "behind." Does that really track an employee's true performance? Sometimes the results may be due to a team and not one employee.

Should be more intuitive
I created personal goals and was employee reviewed; neither of which seemed smooth or forward thinking. Maybe as the company uses the software more readily will the process become useful.
PROSIn concept, the employee review process seemed simple, however in action it was not. Creating goals, etc. had seemingly multiple ways to do so, and there was not an easy way to explain how to use/do the correct version.
CONSDoes not seem overly helpful in the limited use our company employees it for.

Supporting your your work goals
It was an easy way for my manager and I to talk about my current goals and upcoming goals to make sure I stay on track and see where I may have needed help.
CONSnothing really to dislike about the software, it's simple and intuitive.

Useful tool, but could use some enhancements
I like having one place to track our team members' responsibilities and goals, and have the ability to measure their progress in real time.
CONSWe have recurring meetings, but seem to be required to enter new meetings over and over.
