It helps our teams stayed organized and up-to-date. Compared to similar softwares, Humi has been the most intuitive.

Some good features for a smaller firm that doesn’t have anything in place - would be an improvement.

From what I can tell there are hundreds of features. Ll update my review should I encounter anything else.

I like great customer support and Humi checks the box. Anytime I have had a question or needed assistance I have had prompt responses that were helpful and always kind.

It's been a great asset to our company to track and store all our HR files in the cloud rather than storing hard copies in the office.

Storing all HR info in one secure place is very handy. It's also great that it allows employees to request days off and automatically tracks these against their alloted time off.

The product itself was created to be very user friendly and customizable. It has good potential and serves the needs of a smaller company.

I love how easy it is to maneuver, as an admin or employee. The onboarding features are very useful and practical, employee overviews are very clear.

I was on customer support when no one was available so it asked me to schedule a meeting at a later time. When the meeting came around, no one was available.

They have been a great team to work with, and their helpfulness and responsiveness have been amazing.

Humi has been easy to use for these tasks, and since then we have also used other tools such as performance add-ons. It's easy to use, and great for the employees to track what they need.

Overall very user friendly as a platform, helpful for staff to navigate by themselves and easy reporting /custom reporting. Support teams are always helpful and kind.

The system is so simple and intuitive to use, the customer support is top notch and it makes us look professional. We never have anything to worry about with Humi.

We love the visual of the days off this is great for quick reference and also for reviewing attendance issues with employees.

The documents are clunky and it's hard to personalize them to each employee.

Overall, Humi was great at ensuring our teams were able to easily keep track of things like vacation time and other company updates. It's ease of use makes it a very attractive software product.

A Quickbooks Online integration with payroll would be the item I am missing most with this software.

Great hiring module, time off system and calendar options are great. Also like the automated tasks for on/off boarding.

They seem to be working hard to continuously add on features. Always seem to see something new under the 'whats new ' notification.

Ve also ran into random bug / glitches which can be frustrating. In todays world support in real time is the standard , so having to submit forms can be a bit irritating.

Very smooth, customer service is friendly, be sure to use the message feature in Humi though, do not call their phone number. Overall very satisfied with the platform.

Humi is easy to use and helps us manage our people resources. We also appreciate that it is a Canadian company.

Their pricing model makes it super easy to trial the application and to drive value from it before Humi tries to charge you for the results.

I appreciate how easy it is to upload and assign documents as in a financial institution there is a lot of annual documents. The task function is also amazing.

Everything is self-managed for users which is the best part. It also helps to have an approval system when tracking vacations that can be approved by a direct manager.

The ease of onboarding employees is probably the best part of the software.
