Insights For You was very easy and simple so use and helpful to figure out what I need to work on to become better for my team. After the survey it displays a very way to figure our graph of aspects we are good at and aspects that needs developing.

It is hard to think of something critical but I would think the amount of question because it can feel drawn out at times.

The GUI is not outstanding…And a problem that is not insight for you responsability but my company block insight for you emails so I have to use colleges private email.I could not find result from an old surevey I did.

This app helped us to find the areas where employees could grow and enhance their competence. With this knowledge an individual plan could be laid out.

This product puts the finger on the details that's so important in order to grow as an individual and of course, in the wider perspective, the growth of the company. A simple, but with striking precision, application that pinpoints the areas of enhancement.

The UI could be more intuitive. It took some time to find the different menus and settings, but after using the app for a while, this wasn't really an issue.

I did not like how the apps UI was hard to navigate. It was very complicated for me to find the information I needed.

The fact that you can brand the app to each different customers colour scheme/logo, give the customer the effect that it's their own app.

Would like to see added content about how as an end user you can take the right steps to further own development, some type of online knowledge base for development.

The thing I liked most about this software was how simple it was to send out your survey and to collect anonymous ratings. I also really liked the comparison chart to see the difference of how I rated myself and how others rated me.

The thing I liked least was it was sometimes difficult to access other peoples surveys. The only way that worked for me was the "rate online" selection, and I still experienced some glitches with it.

It really worked well for self-reflection and as well as receiving feedback from colleagues on your performance during the semester.

Without instructions provided by the professor, at first the app was a little confusing to navigate and use. I feel there could be improvement made for user experience.
