Employee friendly Platform, easily accessible and Scop is available and ready to help.
It's been great, folks are able to understand the bugs really quick connecting with business there's transperancy towards setting right things on system and working along with leaders of the team. A good approach by the team.

CONSFew features should be basis org preference and shouldn't be generalized, there should be options of enabling features basics the requirements. Don't generalise the system for every org
