I do believe that some bit of additional reporting, could help.

It's been great, folks are able to understand the bugs really quick connecting with business there's transperancy towards setting right things on system and working along with leaders of the team. A good approach by the team.

Employee friendly Platform, easily accessible and Scop is available and ready to help. It's a preferred ATS for any startup org to set up things from scratch.

Few features should be basis org preference and shouldn't be generalized, there should be options of enabling features basics the requirements. Don't generalise the system for every org

The software captures major information from the candidates, user or admin in a user friendly manner with appropriate and focused set of questions, thus providing an informative database. The problem solving speed and skills of team Param is worth appreciating.

There is everything in this software where we can start with job posting, share to jobsites, getting candidates, interview stages and offer till the same.

Sometimes it may not support Exchange servers due to security reasons cause delay in getting mails.

After started using Param our Profiles data base management And tracking candidates Details follow up with interviewers has become So easy..Overall it made our recruitment work hassle free..I would highly recommend param since I am using this product and absolutely no issues so far.

Sometimes it's difficult to use when you don't have the recommended settings

Very intuitive, easy to use and navigate within. Product is scalable and enhance functionalities within - with the support of product dev team and customer support. The product has scaled up well to offer great features for mass hiring needs. I would recommend this product more for ease of hiring process - managing applicant pool, using tool's AI capability, prescreening features and managing stage movement and status of applicants from application stage, through interview process, till selection.

Product can do better in features and functionality of post selection life cycle till candidate on-boarding. Lot of features are still work in progress. There is also a scope in it's data reporting and analytics from which clients can benefit to understand their hiring impact and map future hiring strategies

Overall its a wonderful experience to use this product. Support system is brilliant and also the members like [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] are brilliant.

The best thing about this tool is that this a highly configurable tool and it gives you the flexibility to modify your processes, stakeholders as per your requirement.

Report functionality needs to be worked upon. Reports can be enhanced and a configurable report system should be there so that, user an add/ remove fields from the report and can use as per their requirement.

It as been a great experience. Special shout out for the customer support team. They have been very prompt in resolving our issues.

The best part about Param has been the customization done by them to meet our requirements.

There's scope to use the AI feature more, which would eventually help in reducing the efforts required at the user end.
