A CSR's honest thoughts with PeopleStrong
This platform is useful, reliable and accessible as an employee who consistently needs to take in calls or doesn't have enough time to consistently check for your weekly attendance and important documents. Its all one click away, the approval processes are also fast and visible to you as a teammate. The icons and tabs are well thought of and was designed to make sure users and admin tasks are minimized in effort but maximized upon gauging performances.
CONSThe design of this platform is extremely superb and the performance of it's data base is accurate and reliable. Its just that there could be enhancements from the mobile version because it's a little bit slower than the web version.

Comprehensive HRMS Software
On the whole, I find the PeopleStrong as one of the useful HRMS platform for mid-scale organizations which covers almost all HR operational support and justifies my title - THE COMPREHENSIVE HRMS TOOL.
PROSPeopleStrong is very simple to deploy and easy to logging in. PeopleStrong works on cloud so it consumes less data to operate. Simple user interface setup. People Strong covers almost all Core HR solutions like onboarding, leave management, payroll management, and exit formalities.
CONSPeopleStrong web-design is too simple not motivate us to spend more time on it. I find that the Pay slips from PeopleStrong are not protected, need two factor authentication.

Great software that performs its tasks very well
PROSThis is used in my company and I must say that it fulfills all complex needs of a big organization like payroll, recruitment, expenses, leaves etc. It also very effectively manages HR appraisals.
CONSDoesn't think of any. Design can be more interesting as it sounds very plain. Usability should to be increased by providing more options

Made Job Fun
Alt recruit has enabled us to perform every task with ease right from job creation to onboarding of the employee. The best thing about Alt Recruit is that it can be integrated with job portals and even social platforms as well. It being AI-powered, not only screens applications by itself but also automates the information flow towards applicant and hiring manager. What I like best about this product is along with applicant tracking, the hiring manager can share feedback in real time.
CONSIt has facilitated the job so much that when we compare recruitment what we had been doing in past, nothing could be better than this. So yet to find out.

Good software with more to add and support to customers
Our recruitment process is digitized after the implementation. So, manual work of outlook and excel is 75-80% gone. Else, there were challenges too in terms of recurring errors and find the root cause for them.
PROSThe customized feature as per our recruitment setup. Still many things are in pipeline but a base has been provided. Also, it is helping to fulfill all complex needs.
CONSAt the back end many things are not possible. Even though we are digitized but we have to provide every single detail to be highlighted to get it upload from back end. No such analytics on real time basis available
