Being able to attain personal emails & numbers in a matter of seconds is a game changer. I loved the quality of candidates I received back. Much better than LinkedIn.

I wish, during the free trial, I could see what the ATS integration looks like. Also not all the data was perfect. I did get candidates that their cities did not match, or that they had just started a new job.

An amazing customer success staff that ensures not only the on-track progress of candidate search and outreach but also provides best practices to prevent your emails from being labeled as spam.

Limited to what is explicitly declared on LinkedIn, for example, if you're looking for Next.js expertise, then the word 'Next.js' has to be explicitly declared in the candidate's profile. Unfortunately, there are candidates who do not keep their LinkedIn profiles detailed enough or up-to-date. However, for all other candidates, this platform is perfect.

The customer service support during and post implementation is fantastic. When I am stuck on anything from search criteria to managing candidates, the response is quick and helpful. I have found great candidates through Recruitbot that I have not found through other sources.

Recruitbot is very user friendly. I love being able to "set and forget" I can play with the parameters in realtime to find the right set of criteria to ensure the best matches.

I would love to add industry (this might be unique to me, but I have quite a few niche searches) and be able to assign more relevant status updates.

RB is easy to use and affordable. The value exceeds the cost by far. The customer service team is 10X more helpful than LinkedIn has ever been. This is easy to use, easy to track, and easy to implement. We made 3+ hires our first week after implementing with dozens lined up for the next few.

No cons. I love this thing. I try to bring it with me whenever I stand up a new org.

The first and most important takeaway I had with RecruitBot is how responsive their team was regarding my interest in AI talent sourcing. Their team really wanted to understand my business and the industry vertical I operate in to determine how I could maximize RecruitBot for my purposes. Beyond these initial steps they were highly supportive in my efforts to set the platform up for my specific needs. Once I was oriented with the system, I found it both intuitive and easily navigable.

When conducting a search, the 'skills' section is not yet up to speed as a filter. However, having talked with RecruitBot about this function, I understand it will be fully online and operational in a few weeks.

Would recommend this to anyone looking for a simple, easy to use recruiting tool that gives you the best response rate.

I love how easy Recruitbot is to use. The user interface is simple, straight forward and allows you to get in the software and find exactly what you need without any complication. My absolute favorite part of the software is the email campaigns. Unlike other Recruiting tools, you can set up a campaign that directly sends from whomever (hiring manager, CEO) and unlike just sending a message ONE time, the campaign will send a customized message THREE times over the course of a few days. I have experienced amazing response rates after the 2nd and 3rd emails. Really, truly a VERY valuable tool.

Would love to see an ATS as part of the offering.

RecruitBot is a fundamentally delightful product. I'm not a recruiter, but this product and team make it a joy to recruit. Deploying boolean searches on resumes makes identifying key candidates a breeze and I'm consistently impressed by the depth and accuracy of the db of candidates.

The platform has its bugs. Every once and while I'll get an error, but am consistently impressed by their support team's quick responses + ability to diagnose anything that's happened and rectify it in minutes. Beyond that, the platform is consistently improving + they take feedback to heart.

LinkedIn is saturated and has some limitations. Recruiters all know this. We just never had another place to go…until now. Recruitbot let’s me live outside of LinkedIn and outside of LinkedIn mailboxes. The search function on RB pulls quality resumes. I’m able to go direct to their personal inbox and “skip the line”.

Recruitbot has been a godsend. I found my [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and two other top employees with their application. It allows you to reach people who aren't necessarily looking so you can get excellent candidates who aren't being inundated with offers.

It's so easy to create multiple searches based on very specific criteria (i.e. experience, location, language, etc.). The outreach is amazing. Candidates feel the messages are coming from me, not an automated app.

RecruitBot has allowed me as a recruiting team of one be able to streamline my sourcing efforts and reach more candidates than I could on any other tool for the same amount of time spent. We also find candidates that match what we need much faster using the ai, and I'm able to calibrate with my Hiring Managers async.

I love how easy it is to use and that I'm able to lean into the ai to find quality candidates to reach out to in bulk. I also love being able to search specifically for diversity.

I've found that sometimes the data can be a little out of date, so it just means an extra click to clarify on LinkedIn before I reach out.

The AI is absolutely fantastic. After rating enough candidates, it ONLY provides me with 5 star candidates. It's brilliant and a huge time saver.

Nothing, it worked like I was sold it would.

- Candidate search and filters were excellent, 100x better than Linkedin search- Drip campaigns and templates were extremely helpful- Email support is amazing, fast response times- Helped us source and close 2-3 candidates

- UI is a bit bareboned and the UX was tough to figure out at first. I'm forgetting specific examples but I remember having to email support to figure out simple things- Inability to cancel outbound scheduled emails (I believe?)- Didn't play well with multiple emails, which I needed because some emails were getting marked as spam due to large outbound volumes- Default setting to send me an email whenever someone opened my outbound was very annoying

Very happy w/ it overall and their commitment to the customer. Really appreciate their balance in focus on both direct and agency / recruitment use cases

If this tool was free, I would consider it (on days when I don't have anything else going on). However, there is no way I would ever pay for something like this...they are certainly NOT competing with LinkedIn.

They can verify some emails, that's really the only pro I can list.

The platform seems very old school and out of date. There aren't any candidates on recruitbot that I wasn't able to already find on LinkedIn. They claim their response rate to be so high but I got very little responses (I got way more on LinkedIn through Inmail). They claim the machine learning saves you so much time but it's not even accurate.

Huge database of resumes with excellent search capability. I could make a useful search query within minutes and generate dozens of interesting resumes to rank. Automated emailing to prospect candidates is really well done and feels very personal to the people emails are sent to.

There were some resume parsing challenges for complicated cases (for example if a person holds multiple positions currently, which one is the relevant for the search).

Loved working with [sensitive content hidden] on our implementation. He was very knowledgeable about the product and even helped us set up the system for our first hire!

Nothing really comes to mind. I would suggest a quick walkthrough with their training folks to make sure you get the most out of the system.

It was good, they were always there to help if needed and often provided ideas without us asking that helped in our process.

My team found that finding resumes and candidates at all levels was easy within RecruitBot. usually it identified people we did not find via our other sources.

At first its was tricky in building the right search strings, but the team at RecruitBot helped and played with different searches for us to find the right candidates.

It requires someone on your team to be a good email writer, that said, they helped us crafts ours and were very involved in that process.

My overall experience was tremendously satisfactory. The training and onboarding was thorough, concise and professional.

I enjoyed the automation features of the email cadences in addition to the filters to narrow down the criteria of the candidates I desired for a specific role.

As a one-woman show, the cost became a bit prohibitive for me unfortunately but I truly appreciate the value and features offered. Wish there were special packages available for unique customer setups like myself that don't have teams and simply work solo.
