Great ATS for recruiters
Constant improvement, Customer Service team extremely reactive, ATS made for recruiters. I've been using it for 3+ years and it is getting better and better by the day. Highly recommend it
CONSAt this stage, I don't see any cons. Maybe adding an auto-save function when editing profiles would be great.

We just implemented Tamago-DB recently and are very satisfied.
Very easy to use, our data are neatly organized and easy to search for and the customer service is perfect.
PROSPossible to use it intuitively without spending much time on learning how to use it.
CONSI like the functionality, but the user interface has some space for improvement.

Excellent Recruitment Software
TamagoDB is perfect for us. It's not super heavy with so many features that don't get used. It has everything you would want for recruitment and it's very easy to use. Search is fantastic and everything is very user intuitive.
CONSIt's actually tough to think of what I don't really like. If I really think about it, I'd say maybe if there was more API's with other applications.

We chose TamagoDB for a few reasons. We really liked that the product was made by recruiters who know the business and it showed. The software does everything that we felt was important to us and it does all of those things well. Lastly there is local and personal support from the team. It's easy to get someone on the phone and everyone is super friendly and professional.

Software that keeps on improving
What I really like about Tamago-DB is besides the ease of use, when I see functionalities that can be added to make Tamago-DB better I get direct feedback on it. They would then let me know whether it will be done immediately, or down the road. With other companies I used sometimes it was hard to get any response.
CONSWhenever there has been issues Tamago-DB have been very responsive and dealt with it so there is no real dislikes about the software.
