Constant improvement, Customer Service team extremely reactive, ATS made for recruiters. I've been using it for 3+ years and it is getting better and better by the day. Highly recommend it

At this stage, I don't see any cons. Maybe adding an auto-save function when editing profiles would be great.

Very easy to use, our data are neatly organized and easy to search for and the customer service is perfect.

Possible to use it intuitively without spending much time on learning how to use it.

I like the functionality, but the user interface has some space for improvement.

TamagoDB is perfect for us. It's not super heavy with so many features that don't get used. It has everything you would want for recruitment and it's very easy to use. Search is fantastic and everything is very user intuitive.

It's actually tough to think of what I don't really like. If I really think about it, I'd say maybe if there was more API's with other applications.

What I really like about Tamago-DB is besides the ease of use, when I see functionalities that can be added to make Tamago-DB better I get direct feedback on it. They would then let me know whether it will be done immediately, or down the road. With other companies I used sometimes it was hard to get any response.

Whenever there has been issues Tamago-DB have been very responsive and dealt with it so there is no real dislikes about the software.

It shows that the CRM system is made for recruitment from the ground up. It is easy to learn yet there is a lot of depth in terms of functionality. Biggest plus is the customer service though - requests are handled very quickly. I have used many different recruitment CRM systems (salesforce, loxo, bullhorn...) - Tamago is the best among them.

Excellent. We have tried, tested and used several platforms in the past but decided to go with Tamago-DB as it was exactly what we wanted - simple friendly user interface that is intuitive and helps make our job less complicated yet have all the necessary tools and functionalities to find candidates and track progress.

Simple layout, easy to work through even for a beginner user, and takes less time to train, yet has powerful pipeline and workflow management tools.

Good boolean search and functionalities. I have used few others and they had lot of unwanted items which could not be taken off. TamagoDB is in Japan and more to the point what you need. I liked it except the pricing.

Its expensive specially if you have big team or growing team.

Working in the recruitment industry, the database is the biggest and most impactful tool you have at your disposal. After using 4 different databases for this, I can comprehensively say that Tamago is the most intuitive and beneficial database I have used so far.

Tamago is very easy to use with an intuitive interface. The customizability of the database is also a massive plus.

There is some redundant duplication of features across the system.

新しく機能を追加して欲しい時や、操作方法にて不具合を感じた場合にすぐにトラブルシュートしてくれる点。Pipelineなど一覧が容易に確認出来、かつ年間など指定した期間を通してのアクティビティもトラックすることが出来、自分の生産性確認に非常に役に立つ。私は繋げることが仕事なので、自身の繋げたInterviewがどれくらい選考にすすみ、オファーが出たのかなど一覧で見れるようになったら最高。また、Profileの欄にタイムスタンプ(日付と投稿者)が1クリックで追記出来るようになると嬉しい。

Reminder Alertを設定しているとPopupが出てくるが、複数になってくると非常に多くなり操作性がガクッと落ちる。特にスマホから候補者のプロフィールを確認したい時などは非常に厄介。

In comparison with another system I used before it is great - easy to use, self-explanatory and the customer service is getting back quickly if necessary.

Tamago is easy to use, easy to navigate and has a lot of good features, like the keyword search, automated matching, tags. Good to keep the documentation about profiles clear and easy to follow, what happened with certain profiles within the company. Also easy to deal with shortlists.

Searches have already a couple of search options, but it would be nice to have more different variations. Also an auto-save from time to time would be helpful in case the connection is getting lost.

Simple and I like it. I only used SFDC in the past 7, 8 years so I don't know much about the comepetitors.Reasonable price. Tamago is good enough for us.

フル機能で使っていないので特に今は思い浮かばないが、強いて言うなら履歴書やファイルのページを開いたときに、ページそのものの表示ではなく、ファイル名を一覧表としてリスト化して出してもらえると少ないスペース上に表示されるので一目瞭然でわかる（現状は４つ？以上のファイルが存在する場合、その中から必要なファイルを探す場合スクロールが必要で骨折り）

Overall a great experience - searching is quick and easy and tracking processes is very simple and efficient.

改善点は今のところありません。しいて言えば、電話番号で検索するときに４桁をいれて検索できる仕組みがあると助かります。

自分の考えですが、Database製品はシンプルが一番だと考えています。余計な機能が多いと、思考を複雑化してしまうと考えるからです。この点、これまでの経緯やちょっとしたメモ書きなどを候補者ページなどでストレスなく書き込めるので、体系化する前の断片の情報を蓄積することができ、後に帰納的な整理ができるので助かっています。

直感的に操作ができ、シンプルで使いやすいと思います。

以前は、導線が若干複雑だった点もありましたが、日々改善されていると考えます。

機能としては必要なものはしっかりと入っており、カスタマイズの範囲も広い。データベースでできることの幅が広い分、組織内でのルールを明確にしないと混乱を招くが、そこをしっかりできればとても便利なデータベースだと思う。

入力欄の必須/任意をカスタマイズできるので、運用していく中で出たリクエストを反映しやすい。データベースとカレンダーと同期できるので二重入力の必要がない。

・同姓同名や、姓だけしかわからない人の探しづらさがある・電話番号入力の際にハイフンありでもなしでも入力できるため、社内ルールが徹底されていないとダブルスタンダードになり、検索時に影響がでる（これもカスタマイズ可能？）

Too muchな機能で値段の高いソフトウェアが多い中、Tamago-DBはとてもバランスの良い存在です。柔軟なサポート体制にもとても満足しています。

中小人材紹介会社に求められる機能は揃え、同時に安価に提供がされておりとても助かる存在。サポート体制もすばらしいです。

できることが多いがゆえに未使用の機能もたくさんある

これまでに、数社の製品を使用してきましたが、候補者の検索機能、案件の進捗管理、求人管理とTamago-DBは一番使いやすいよい製品でした。また、デザインも優れていて、大変お勧めです。

求人票を作成する機能について、マニュアルがあると大変助かります。また、Tamago-DBからメール送信、求人添付ができれば良いと思います。

最低限の運用管理としては、他社と比べて汎用性が高く使いやすく、弊社の規模には適していると思う。コンサルタントが増えてきた場合、運用ルールの徹底をしないと検索結果や候補者管理が難しくなってくると思う。

検索範囲が広いため、取りこぼしが少なくターゲットを見つけることに優れている。

検索範囲が広すぎるため、絞り込むためにはタグの運用が重要になるが社内での運用が徹底されておらず、不必要な検索結果となってしまうこともある。しかしこちらは導入時のタグ設計の容易さが重要であり、社内での運用徹底の問題なので、製品自体の問題とは言い難い。

複雑な操作は無く誰でも操作が直ぐできると思います。

検索等をした際は、度々リセットをしなければいけないので面倒くさいです。

外国人求職者の情報が入力しやすく管理しやすいです。

マニュアルがないところですかね。基本的な部分だけでも良いので作って欲しいです。
