Seamless!

It is easy to use, intuitive and great to look at. I found created the product and sharing it to be very easy. I love how easy it is to go back to the Thankbox and the way you can track it. It looks reliable and gains the trust of users easily. This has made my whip round and messages for a colleague that is leaving easier than before.

Thankbox is very easy to use, easy to set up and offers a way to collect money for colleagues leaving/birthdays/ baby shower presents. The card gives you a link to forward on to colleagues for them to write their messages, share their photographs or make a contribution to a present. This has made it so much easier mark special occasions for our team.

it's easy to use, it runs on work computers, it's easy to share and simple for colleagues to understand what to do. The collection aspect is a big bonus.

it's very expensive compared to other similar websites- especially having to pay for "premium" to unlock a pretty background for the card. The range of card choices is poor- other websites have more range. With this range of cards and at this price I will not use this product when my office is not virtual- the cost doesn't offset the convenience but it's OK for now. Pricing structure is unclear- you have to commit quite a bit of time and energy before you get the price shown which did feel a bit scammy. Better transparency around prices, more choice of designs and make it easier to know when the card will send. the schedule button is quite small and this is a different feature to all the other websites that do a similar thing- this makes it less user friendly and easier to not actually send the card!

Say we dine out at a featured restaurant. Within a week of our visit, I create a Thankbox Thank You Note to the PR rep and/or restaurant manager. Then, I send it to each member of my staff -- we're at two locations. They add a personal note/sentiment. I pull all of their notes into the master and e-mail to the recipient. So much more efficient than passing around a paper card -- I'd have to mail a physical card to our second location. Then, I'd have to wait for it to be returned to me...and THEN I can drop it in the mail to the recipient (s). With Thankbox, I can have an electronic note created, signed by all appropriate team members, and sent to my intended recipient in ONE DAY!

I love how easy it is to create Thank You Notes and have the entire staff -- at two locations -- add a personal note. Larger companies likely use this software to send Birthdays, Retirement, Anniversary congratulations to staff. However, for my very small business? We use this to send an electronic e-mail to every vendor we work with. For travel or dining out features, we send thank you's to PR reps, hotel and restaurant managers, etc. These days, the art of saying thank you is dying out. We choose to keep it going, and Thankbox makes is super simple thanks to a wide range of templates. For not much time on my part, I guild great goodwill with my hospitality contacts!

The templates are quite simple and casual -- would LOVE to see options for professional/business notes.

I'm really impressed, having set up and sent two Thankbox cards so far. The admin process was really easy and intuitive, and I got lots of positive feedback from people who signed the card as well. I liked that the recipient of the card gets to choose their own gift card. The whole concept was a great fit for us during COVID-19 lockdown as it made it easy to share a card and a collection virtually.

A few people couldn't sign the card using their usual browser (Internet Explorer) which is understandable given that it's a browser that's on the way out, but a shame for me as I work in local government and a lot of people still only use IE. One feature I'd love to see is the ability to send to more than one email address at once, so I could send to someone's work and personal email, or to two people if I was creating a card for a couple.

Thankbox is a creative way to convey messages from people in varying locations to one recipient and show people they are appreciated. I was so pleased to find this software and will definitely use it again in the future.

Simple and easy to use, contributors could express themselves to the recipient in a fun and meaningful way (through pictures, videos, gifs) from their computer. The many themes to pick from were a plus. For businesses, this is a great way to celebrate an individual but not take a bunch of time during a meeting with awkward silence waiting for someone to comment. In a pandemic, no one had to individually purchase cards/gift cards and mail them (or lick envelopes) which was great too!

The only issue is for people not techno-savy, who don't understand how to grab a gif, make a video of themselves, or upload files, some general instructions might be helpful. Adding the extra content (videos, etc) helped break up the page of messages and made the card more vibrant.

I think this is a great product and will continue to use it as I think remote thank yous/occasions are here to stay.

Having a way to send a group thank you in a fully remote world is so useful. The gif support is such a great feature as in many of the places I have been, communication is often by the power of gif. Being able to "say it with gif" is both fun and practical!

As a contributor to a card, I would have liked to have more feedback as to when the recipient opened it. The equivalent of seeing a person chuckle at your carefully crafted message in a physical card.

Easy to create, use and to share with lots of people. Which is what you are after when sending a group card.

Thankbox made the whole process of sending a virtual retirement card and gift card extremely easy. From account set up to creating the personalised page for people to leave their messages was a very simple process. People were also able to leave text messages, include a photo or even upload a video message along with leaving a financial gift which was sent as a gift card. I can highly recommending Thankbox for sending virtual cards when you are not able to physically get in touch with people to sign a card or make a gift donation.

As an invited person, they were only able to see 5 messages and not all of them.

Easy to understand, also for „older generations“

Maybe it would be beneficial if the card could still be amended after the recipient has read it as there are always last minute entries. But you did inform about this, so it’s not too bad and rather people’s fault for entering too late or me as buyer releasing the card too early.

It made it easy to include a lot more people to contribute to the ecard. Nobody had to sign in or log in. They just clicked on the link and boom.. you see the card and can write..

The ease of use and the ability to write a note and add a gif. The ability to just send the link to the ecard to multiple people also made it easy to share.. and get a contribution to the ecard.

The only thing I didn't like was that once the card is sent out, you can no longer have anyone contribute. Because sometime people are busy and don't get a chance to provide a contribution on time. So I delayed sending out the ecard by a day to give everyone a chance to contribute.

Thankkbox was very easy and quick to set up. Colleagues found it very easy to use and liked the instant email confirming their message and payment added to the box, as well as the email telling them when the box was sent to the recipient, including the total amount raised. I, as the administrator of the box, found it very useful to be kept updated about how many people have posted a message and the reminders about how much time there is left before the box is sent to the recipient, so I could time prompts to colleagues. The recipient was extremely happy with all the messages and gift card. Just a fantastic product!

Nothing. Everything worked smoothly and it was an extremely easy process for everyone involved.

Really, straight-forward, easy to use and share on to colleagues. Fun and lots of designs and fonts to choose from. Collection feature far easier than an envelope in the office! We also raised far more money than we normally would have because it is easier for staff to donate from their laptops.... Thankbox came into its own during Covid lockdown when we had to work from home but could still celebrate birthdays and other celebrations with our colleagues. We also lost colleagues to new jobs and the collection feature was a lovely way to show appreciation of someone's time with us :0))

I love the ease of sending round a link to all my colleagues. I also love how gifs and pictures can be added to messages.

I suppose paying £4.99 every time a colleague has a birthday is more expensive than buying a physical card. It is more sustainable to send an online card, however and much easier when working from home.

How easy it was to use, and collect money for the birthday boy! and that you can reply to all the people with a thank you message adds a lovely touch.

I would have liked that someone who wants to sign the e-card could do it after it is sent. I know it may be difficult to develop such functionality but I had the case of a person who forgot to sign it and by the time I sent it to the reciever it was too late

Being able to send out an invitation and everyone has access to add their messages. Loved the animations and picture upload option. The recipient loved the card and the option to choose between a voucher or a pre paid card. Very good for someone who is difficult to buy for. They can choose their own memorable gift.

It is very easy to use, even for someone with little knowledge of online purchasing. The steps are drawn out straightforward. It is a very economical suggestion for those that want to send a leaving card.

It was all good for givers. The recipient could download their gift but she was slightly puzzled as to where and how to spend it.
