As easy as it gets.
TimeTrakGO has been perfect and fit exactly what we were looking for in almost every way possible. Anytime I have a question or concern someone is always there to immediately answer my question. I'll say it again, I love the look with green & red puzzle pieces, the printouts, and everything else about it. It all adds to make my job much infinitely easier.
PROSI love everything about it. From its look, to it's ease to learn and use, to the immediate support I receive every time I have a question. It's perfect for what we needed.
CONSI do have any real issues, but if I had to nitpick is that when I give a suggestion on a feature and they tell me they'll make a note of it. It would be better if someone would get back to you eventually about the specific feature you asked about and tell if you they're actually working on it, implementing it, or give you an estimated time

TimeTrakGo is a wonderful
I find it very easy to use and it has been perfect for our office.
PROSIt was very easy to learn. I used another complicated time clock program for about 10 years and was never able to learn how to properly use it. With TimeTrakGo it was very easy to navigate.
CONSI need to print time sheets for supervisor and employees to sign and it doesn't have the option to print the time sheets the way I need them.

When I researched it, it was simpler to learn and a good price
Reasons for switching to TimeTrakGO
TCP was too complicated and if I had issues they wanted me to pay $3000 for additional training each time.

Overall this system has been meeting our needs, considering prior to its implementation we were using paper time sheets and the honor system
PROSThe capacity to provide an app version coupled with geofencing has been very helpful as many of our daytime employees begin work once they arrive on the property
CONSThe system feels convoluted at first and takes time to understand how to pull reports for individuals or locations or how to edit time by individual. Overall functionality is poor. A lot of lag time after you try to click between functions

Effortless Time Tracking
The setup is simple and intuitive. The training was simple, and everything just works when we need it to. Nothing like our previous system that required reboots and updates for onsite hardware. Between the Geofencing and mobile app features - TimeTrakGO helps us run our business without having to worry about our employee's attendance or payroll.
CONSNothing - I have nothing I dislike about TimeTrakGO.

U-Attend did not work and required onsite reboots and had constant issues. Thier customer service was terrible and could never get the solution to work consistently.

Why we chose it
Our staff is very happy with the system. Less missed punches than our previous timeclock software.
PROSThe ease of use, that there is a mobile app for staff if network goes down
CONSTime cards are decimal, and do not have the option to have actual hours and minutes. Have to convert each one to do our payroll. Its an extra step. Should have the option
