Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It's beautiful, easy to configure, and extremely customize able.

  • I love how this app is so simple and easy to use. This is by far the best project managing app I've seen.

  • Cons

  • tool is great but it is not easy to understand some of the things are very complicated for example tags option

  • Initial setup and learning takes a bit of time. It is user friendly but involves some investigation to find how to navigate.

  • Pros

  • It's very easy to use collaboration tool. Very good integration with Jira. It has very nice document version control feature. A lot lot lot many other functionalities.

  • Easy too use, it has plenty of features and can solve many problems for cooperation

  • Cons

  • The only drawback is that it's not very user friendly, however Atlassian does provide good tutorials, and I take advantage of that.

  • Confluence has most features needed for my work, but it can be difficult to format code and mathematical equations easily.
