Quality ticket management tool

Would suggest to go for the product , it offers more then what other product offer for the price it quotes.

PROS

An automated , easy to handle , user friendly and what not !! This offers everything you need for easy management of tickets. Customer service is upto the mark.

CONS

Couldn't find any faults, iam sure even if you encounter any issues customer service will take care of it at the earliest.
