Flowfinity is a mature solution. Our sales and on-board team were former clients, highly engaged advocates of the product, very knowledgeable, patient, and very thorough.

The main downside to Flowfinity is its learning curve.

The solution is highly intuitive and easy to use.

The customer support has been great too in the rare case that we get stuck with an especially tricky form.

This software helps keep team members collaborate from whate remote office or field they are in. I always like when they have a free trial or demo and tutorials.

Sometimes this can be painful as the application can't be modified for weeks.

New dashboard features are coming along nicely with optional TV licenses. Data is stored in MSSQL and is easy to push/pull for 3rd party integrations with legacy, reporting, or custom apps.

FlowFinity has been a great system and has enhanced our operations. It's easy to set up and seems to be infinitely adaptable to our business.

Though we are not a big client (less than 20 licenses) we were treated with respect, as important, and received amazing round the clock responses to both strategic and technical questions.

Flowfinity has been easily integrated in our daily business functions.

Great product with even better customer service.

Cumbersome data arrays produced from the forms, which makes it unnecessarily difficult to query the database.

That we didn't start using it sooner. We tried other competitors and failed, but this deployment hit the mark.

Overall I feel this software is easy to use and makes great looking reports.

If I find a defect onsite, I have to click a lot to actually add that defect into the report.

I love that you can customize your report to whatever you want/need it to be. I would highly recommend this software to any home inspector.

I like how malleable it is in the field. I can (relatively) quickly add and remove items in the field.

I loved my Version 8 and versions prior to 8. I knew my way around the software.

My experience thus far with Palm-tech complete is negative. I am ready to give up and demand my money back.

This had happened before, and usually I can get the information back, but this time I lost the entire inspection due to a corrupt file.

Ease of use with pictures right in line with the items of concern.

I love the simple just the facts capability of Palm Tech  and all of my clients and agents love it too. But if you like disclaimers and fluff you can add that too.

I like the function of uploading to the cloud during the inspection and when reviewed it can be downloaded to the desktop.

Poor simple customizations of templates. Adding page breaks and blank lines does not function.

Detailed check lists, modifications enable, straight forward reporting. I love how good my reports look and so are my clients.

My realtors are used to getting a summary with marginal and defective items first. Then they go through my report with pictures and descriptions at the end.

The is outdated software with poor functionality, expensive updates, poor support, etc. etc.

This time they blamed the device even though Palm Tech was the only program that crashed on it and lost my work.

This software has been easy to use and creates professional easy to read reports for my clients. I really like that you can send the reports via your cell phone.

Palm-Tech has allowed me to customize my reports that are different from my competitors that I really enjoy and I can change it up whenever I want.

Overall I like the software, and I am a long-time user. Their customer service is WAY better than it used to be.

It is versatile and clients love the summaries to clearly see what is important.

This cost effective software has helped produce top quality inspection reports and increase my profitability at the same time.

Only downside is the narratives, they are all bad and I had to put all my own narratives in.
