I like that Avaza simplifies issue, time and cost tracking on projects. Integration with third-party applications is an added advantage as it advances capabilities.

For my own personal use, though, what I probably like best is the notifications sent straight to my email - including the fact that I can directly access finished projects/documents from those emails.

I think the software is a great solution for simplifying my business processes, is easy to use and does everything I need and more.

When in doubt or have questions the support team is very helpful and responds quickly. The live demonstration was very useful and helped answer a lot of my questions.

No way to use offline on pc as its an online web based application.

While there are some issues with Avaza, they're all very minor. Simple things like limited viewing options for time sheets, the inability to assign tasks to multiple users, and the limited templates.

Avaza is a very powerful tool for managing timesheet and projects scheduling, it is very easy to add your timesheet on daily or weekly basis. Scheduling is also a very easy and flexible.

I just get confused and get lost with so much reporting options. Also, I think the report should be under every particular subject.

It is a web-based tool, which unfortunately means there is no PC/desktop version to utilize when offline, you need to be online to make use of this.

Also of great help is the reports ability which enables us to quickly generate customized reports from all the data loaded onto the platform.

We have moved to Avaza from the model were we used much more expensive PM software and our own billing software. Super happy about having everyting in one place.

Very good experience so far. It has been very helpful getting the business organized and streamlined.

Furthermore the timesheets are well integrated into the software. The collaboration with internal and external (customers/suppliers) people is well designed and easy to manage.

I like that I can track my projects and tasks, and easily produce an invoice (based on the integrated time tracker) at the end of the month.

What I and my team members liked very much, is intuitive and simple interface. Also, it has many reports and good support.

Have only been a user for two months. So far, the user interface is very robust.

Can move between looking at my profile and the profiles I manage with ease. SMART goals are trackable and have features that make it quick to update.

I also like the quick check in sentiment section. I also like using it as a platform for Staff internal comms.

The customer support and implementation has been amazing, a well thought out and user friendly experience, nothing is too much trouble.

The technical support staff have also been great when I have had problems with users struggling to reset their passwords, they respond quickly and are helpful.

Some staff have had difficulty with submitting appraisals and feedback.

I find the booking and approving holidays so easy to use and using the calendar filters makes it easy to see who is off and when. For me, having access to my training certificates is great.

Good product for any company wanting to improve and align their people - Staff circle has very good people to help configure and setup so you always feel supported.

Not all staff engage with it which makes it frustrating.

Adding holidays and absence is very straightforward, calendar is also very useful for overview of who is where. StaffCircle integration with Teams is a nice touch too.

There are lots of useful functions on StaffCircle that you can build around the needs of your role/organization.
