So far I have found Blink a good app and a lot  better than apps I’ve used previously it has everything I need to keep me fully informed.

Announcements CAN look pretty good if shared graphically.

Ease of use and the ability to get information out as often as needed and the reach that it provides. Staff can access and consume at a time that suits them.

This product is easy to use and feel like a part of a community in the company.

Awesome user experience. It is the best software of its kind to really link teams together.

First class customer service. The Blink support team are always there to help me with API integration.

It is a great tool for keeping in touch with colleagues and the company whist being on Furlough.

We were able to test Blink for free prior to committing to it, but knew immediately that it was perfect for our needs.

The ease of communicating with both groups and individuals immediately, getting responses and reaction as well as being able to deal with any issues the minute they arise and offer immediate feedback.

I love how it's feed-based and gives a sense of community when working remotely full-time.

I like how it doesn't confine, I'm able to integrate it with day to day work flows and interact fluidly with those both in and outside my organisation. Professional, modern, fun and effective.

This product is very easy to use, there are many similarities to certain social medial platforms which makes the users feel at ease when using it.

Our EPG is linked (via API) and it's a great way to get good automated snap shots awhile on the move... even alerts.

Due to the ease of use we use it regularly to bring small/ad hoc project teams together in order to share documentation and messaging.

Ability to share and communicate with all employees or with individual teams. Quick and helpful responses from Blink staff/developers -- willingness to go above and beyond to meet our company's needs.

I am not sure if many others within my organization use the Chats feature since there are already so many other tools and applications that provide that functionality for us.

A user friendly platform for our multi national team.

It is easy  to use and is a very effective way of communicating with the wider office team, tracking various projects.

Simple IM app and the newsfeed like appearance of the home page. Some limited integrations, calendar works well.

However, we would rather use Blink for messaging and sharing than go to product that was a unified platform but a poorer experience.

While I’ve been on furlough Blink has been a godsend. It keeps me up to date on all news from my colleagues who are still working.

Generally a good, easy to use app that allows good interaction with colleagues as well as getting news and updates out quickly.

We had teething issues to start regarding invites, where someone will try to join but will be stuck in an endless loop.

My only criticism is that when on boarding you have to them re enter the employee to add there details such as payroll information.

The team at Blink are always quick to respond, listen to feedback and suggestions for future features. Integration with some business applications have been useful for daily updates.

Lack of ability to share files properly limos use severely and the ‘hub’ feature is too basic as it does not allow the creation of pages to view only upload of docs.

Fine for communications, lacking in other features.

We're still playing around with the features but so far after less than a month we are happy with what we are working with.

I'm looking forward to the getting an update to enable messages to be sent after being offline, this would enable. Me to use offline and keep up to date with chats.

When there isn’t clear-cut communication, assumptions run wild and morph into rumors or beliefs, which are often exaggerated or false.

We've found the chat functionality is particularly useful and has cut down our email traffic significantly. It's a great way to get quick information out to the right people, at the right time.

The software allows me to replace many solutions with a single integrated nice platform. I like the openness of the vendor is one of the biggest positive point for the choice I've made.

Good tool to focus everything in one place. It has a good interface making it easy for users to use.

It was very easy to use and can be accessed anywhere in the world. Its price point is very competitive and customer service (at least for the free trial) was good.

We are setting up exo as an intranet for one company, so far it is really great. Is is user friendly but has a lot of features and it is quite easy to do some modifications.

This great piece of software build on top of GateIn portal will give you all GateIn features (Content Management, Single Sign-On,  LDAP support, etc) and much more.

The amount of things on the page that demand the attention made me open a few tabs just to catch up with everything. Also, I found it hard to understand and how to actually get started.

A little difficult to understand the link between some elements of the pages and some features are not fully functioning.

There's a free version of eXo which comes with all the features. Couple that with a very supportive community and you get the best deal ever.

It's costly and heavy to load, I tried the open source version on my local server and  due to the tools used in development it loaded slowly. Also doing any customization is a pain.

I enjoyed eXo very much, as I enjoyed its special and very kind team, with whom I still talk on Skype or other instant messages services.

How is this open source. I saw no option to download it.

Too many update notifications can be annoying.

It comprises of perfect features and functionality is fantastic.

Community support on eXo is outstanding. Responses are coming fast and guidance is always provided.

There isn't ever a word to belittle this product.

Translating eXo was a great and new experience for me. Crowdin Platform is used for managing eXo translations, so you could submit and develop new translation by help of others.

It's a java based opensource with great ready to use feature that could be use as a social enterprise system.

It's clean and customisable and it integrates very well with other tools. Platform is open-source and supported by a great community.
