- I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.
- It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.

- The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.
- It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.
Pros
- Easy to navigate in the backend; can handle many users on the website at once; great customer service to reach out to.
- I have been so impressed with everything that Shopify offers. Their reporting, different integrations, website building, all of it is so impressive.
Cons
- The card swiper they are bad, it's really cheap or something because half the time I have to type in the card info (takes extra time, and possibly charges a higher fee).
- That was surprisingly hard to do last time I used Shopify POS. It's possible the problem has been fixed by now.
