Some of the basic document identification features became cumbersome when a limited number of documents were involved.

From a quality of service point of view, cloudnine is an excellent company. They have a great product but even better the service is amazing.

As of now, if your IP sends too many people searches, it will block the IP for a day or so, something that was not implemented before.

Very good coverage of people data for building customer personas for sales and marketing. The data is really deep provides locations, past employment histories of key executives for B2B sales.
