Difficult to delete multiple files from a single task all at once.

It's helpful that the assignments section organizes my due assignments but can be annoying to have to open a second tab in order to look up other details about the deal.

The Dealpath customer success team is attentive and has played a key role in the successful deployment of the platform.

It is very manual and not automated in a flexible way.

It's a must-have tool that has not only saved us time and money but has also enhanced our overall productivity and success in the competitive world of real estate investment.

The software has great functionality and is very easy to use. I love how searchable it is.

We structure our pipeline meetings directly from the reporting dashboards and are starting to work on creating investment committee memos directly from Dealpath inputs.

Dealpath is great for transaction management and organizing critical dates/tasks.

Fantastic Deal Management and Workflow Platform.

The product is easy enough to use and has good flexibility for admins to create various dashboards and views for the team to utilize.

Data integrations with ESRI are pretty awesome. Administration is easy and fairly straight forward.

Customer service is excellent. The functionality of Dealpath can be improved in a number of areas.

Lack of customization in reporting exports, though I understand why this is not a feature.

Any number of tasks or sections can be created and can help organize workflow. The deal information section is also helpful for team members to quickly access and use the data we have on hand quickly.

There is no automated password reset. One must manually change the password for a user.

The business support we receive through Vantage is great. They solve any issues very quickly and provide help very quickly as well.

Pulling reports can be difficult occasionally.

I like how robust the software is, considering almost all things related to investor management.

Before we got this software we used to track everything in excel and send statements in PDF. Now we have professional statements that are easy to read and look great.

It can be difficult to learn processes to make all parts of the system work together.

The portal has a lot features that make it easy for them to receive secure documents via upload or through email.

There are so many features it is hard to get them all put in and to remember where everything should go.

Over all my experience was fantastic. The system did exactly what I needed it to do and any problems that arose were dealt with quickly and resolved efficiently.

User friendly back end and excellent support and turn around time for implementing new features and tweaking reports.
