  • Pros

  • It works extremely fast and reliable. In particular, the customer support is outstanding, you get help at any time, new devices are taken over in no time by the JDisc team into the tool.
  • But that's only the first step. We use JDISC now to keep track of asset and network changes directly into i-doit CMDB.
  • Cons

  • We don't have any time constraints and would not consider the small problems we had with setup an emergency by any means.
  • Sometimes we faced problems with the update to a new Version.

  • Clean design, simple setup. This was our first step in taking the business from paper to a software with mobile capabilities.
  • It is very user friendly and the customer support has been very good.
  • Cons

  • It failed to do so & it completely altered our inventory, leaving our staff unable to invoice for over a week.
  • Customer Service is terrible. Every time we have an issue, they say they will take care of it and then something else goes wrong.
