Easy to maintain
ONEiO is very easy to use and maintain. The simplicity is important for quick changes.
CONSNo reporting available at the moment for MSP subscription. Cannot see all my tenants' endpoints status at one glance.

ONEiO integration platform review
Overall a good experience using the product and relatively easy to analyse root causes for problems in integrations.
PROSEase of use and relatively uncomplicated to learn and understand
CONSThere are still important features missing regarding analysis and overview of rules including searching, displaying and viewing relationships between singular rules. Presently better features are being impemented in production,. but still in beta.

OneIo is a very useful tool, it seems good and sophisticated, but for users it seems to be made by amateurs who do not think about the needs of users. And I'm very sorry about that, because OneIo has great opportunities - if comments and suggestions are made.

Thank you for your feedback Jiri! The filtering of ONEiO's message feed will receive additional functionality in the coming months with the ability to select statuses and endpoints. Improving the usability of our application is very important to us and we actively follow our community forums for ideas on how to improve.

ONEiO - A really nice acquaintance
I have been working with ONEiO for nearly 5 years - And I set up approximately 15-20 integrations between different systems and companies in ONEiO - I see both the Organization ONEiO and the System ONEiO as a partnership, I could have to a very good friend - I really like the system, how simple it looks and how easy it is to configure
PROSI really like the simplicity of the system - Things, which normally are rather complex and time consuming, can easily be configured in ONEiO - To mention one thing I would definitely mention ONEiO's Default endpoints and especially the Custom REST endpoint, which is easily configurable and can be set up in a few minutes - Also the performance and the uptime of the system is fantastic - I do not remember any breakdowns or outages in those 5 years I have been working with the system - All transactions are happening instantly and if delays occurs, it normally is caused by bad performance of one of the integrated system.
CONSIt is really difficult for me to say something, which I don't like - But there are areas which could be developed further - One thing I miss in this product, is the possibility to report on the integrations and to have some useful visuals of how the integrations are performing.

I work as consultant for various customers and have no insights in their decision process - But from what I hear, it is about the simplicity of ONEiO and the perspectives of standardizing their integrations agains various customers

Simple to use - hard to master
Usually basic stuff is very easy and fun to do, but if there is something more complex it really needs a lot of understanding about the product how it works and does things. Overall 4/5
PROSIn the newest versions I like how you can get from test to prod easily without connecting to different site. I also like the overall view of the software and it is quite easy to use.
CONSThere is not so much filtering options for the ticket view and when open up conversation timestamps would be nice to see!
