  • The speed to quickly deliver working and useful integrations.
  • Simplicity, clarity, export and copying of data.
  • Cons

  • There are still important features missing regarding analysis and overview of rules including searching, displaying and viewing relationships between singular rules.
  • No reporting available at the moment for MSP subscription. Cannot see all my tenants' endpoints status at one glance.

  • It has been very easy to get set-up to a point that our users can use it with a very short timeline and is very user friendly.
  • The ability to customize your own view is pretty great. It helps me keep my tickets in an orderly manner.
  • Cons

  • Even the things that are missing product enhancements can be made so I wouldn't say there are any cons.
  • They have a built-in report builder tool that has limited functionality. The product we used prior to TeamDynamix leveraged SAP BusinessObjects for reporting.
