I love how easy it is on Moodle to use as both a student and an instructor. I like how customizable notifications are.

The ability to customize and easy use of additional plugins. There is also a large community of people to help you use this software.

Luckily it seems like moodle has a lot of helpful documentation which provided me with the understanding that I needed to fully appreciate the platform.

The price (free) is a great start. It gives us all the features we really need in our online courses.

There's a very supportive community for this LMS. Lecturers and the students can easily interact with each other in a private virtual environment.

It's multiple clicks to add content, followed by multiple clicks to set it up correctly. For students, the default site is ugly and confusing.

I currently use Moodle both as a student and as an administrator for one class. Both have their benefits, and it is easy to see why Moodle is a great fit for the job.

There is the same problem when a teacher sends us a message or link, we have no email alerts.

I love how Moodle is set up and I've used it to take courses. It's so easy to use and to sign up with and I love the user interface.

In discussion threads I think it is somewhat annoying that there is no single option to open all responses. Instead you have to go through and click into each one.

It crashes a lot and after a period of use the application of the error. Due to the very frequent use of online classes, it has fallen a lot the whole time.

I also love how easy it is to see all of your grades, there is a whole tab just for that, therefore it is easy to keep track of you progress and how you're going.

Moodle has been supporting the academic and research community from decades. It's vibrant development community has created a true gift for the world to use and grow with.

The interface is clean and aesthetically pleasing.

And once everyone gets used to the fact that they can use the spreadsheet and no longer need to have the paper in their hand, it will cut down on even more time and paper waste.

SchoolMint is beyond user-friendly. It is so intuitive and easy to use for both admin & families.

It gets really confusing sometimes with all the options and log ins etc.

It provides ease and convenience for busy parents.

It has a number of features that make it very efficient and helpful, such as automated alerts and notifications, secure document uploads, and detailed student profiles.

One of my favorite features which is absolutely worth the money is the scheduling feature. What a time saver and so easy to use.

I like that all three of my children are on one account. It's very easy to click between children and view grades, absences, etc.

I do think this could be a good product, but the support is usually only offered a few days after I submit a ticket.

SchoolMint's customer service is the best I have ever encountered.

The price for the product is great. The system is scalable and has accommodated the growth of our organization.

Their is no custom reports that I can use. I don't want to have to pay for custom reports on data that has already been collected.

The report builder is difficult to use. I find that building the queries and knowing which display fields to use is not intuitive at all.

Quick access to parents and easy to track and verify data.

Attempting to update information has to be done per individual in the household with no option for everyone to update at the same time.

SM is easy to use and captures all the data needed for applications, communication, enrollment.

The ease of use of the parent portal, the ease of use of the administrator portal, the dashboard at the login screen, and the many customizable features.

The most difficult thing about having online paperwork is making sure everyone has access and knowledge on how to use it.

I love the customer support. The reps are always quick and responsive to even the smallest issue and if my rep is unavailable, someone else responds on her behalf right away.

Each question is answered quickly, thoughtfully, and with kindness. Their technical expertise is matched by their humanity, patience and good humor.

The biggest downside to SchoolMint is the cost. It can be quite expensive for schools to use, particularly if they are looking to use the full suite of features.

It is very user friendly. The Smart Choice team did a great job of customizing the system to fit the needs of our district.

I like the visual graphs. I like the ability to customize most everything and add all the info we want to receive from parents.
