We are very happy with our switch to localist. It has has made our event management for our admins so much easier and we have seen a significant increase in our analytics.

The calendar has a nice look and has a lot of features integrated into it. It has been stable and reliable throughout the time we've used it.

But a lot of my visitors complain about this. They want to see a monthly overview without a very long scroll.

The approval of events is pretty easy and it's nice to have all the info involved - when and who submitted it.

The calendar has little to no spam protection so users can post hundreds of bogus reviews while trying to farm clicks on our platform.

Older newsletter feature was too limited and difficult, and the newer newsletter feature seems complicated still. A lot of software changes have been difficult to keep up with changes and features.

The lack of a writable API is discouraging and makes it difficult to integrate with our other systems.

The responsive design has been helpful since many of our audience members use mobile devices when viewing our emails.

Unscheduled maintenance. I know this can't be helped, but it's frustrating.

The customer service was excellent, and my rep went above and beyond the call of duty to fix bugs and help me figure things out.

Customer Service Support is the best. They are always available and quick.

We felt CallidusCloud was a little better in the areas that meant the most to us. There are a good number of bells and whistles...know what you're getting before you commit.

He consistently goes over & above to make his customers happy and I know he's always there with a helping hand and encouraging voice if I run into an issue.

CallidusCloud touts the platform's ability to build customer relationships as opposed to just marketing to them. Overall, we found this to be a fairly accurate representation of what it can do.

The customer service levels are extremely pathetic.

Also, even though the customer service is great, the amount of system errors I receive is at times unacceptable.

The three key modules are visitor identification and intelligence, email marketing and lead nurturing. I mostly used the first two areas, and I was impressed with how these two areas worked together.

And, customer support is excellent. No waiting for days to hear back.

Due to acquisitions of the company, etc. the name of the product has changed over the last five years we have used it so sometimes it gets confusing on how we refer to it.

Their pricing is also VERY affordable and much lower than other Marketing Automation systems we compared. Thanks  LeadRocket, you guys totally Rock.
