The time consuming options part, there is no option to make a template to use over and over for similar products.

Reachmail has been very helpful in allowing me to provide important information on new lines o products in a timely manner and with very little effort.

It's also hard to check and see if the autoresponder works. It does, because a list is added to, but to amend it is not easy.
