It's graphical user interface, it's amazing, coming to functionality its great field management, can done many things in single click.

The features like attendance and tracking options are super convenient. The inbuilt messaging module was very great.

It's an absolute masterpiece of software. Very regularly updated, impeccable customer support, infinite subtasks, revision history for files.

Some times data get lost due to network problem.

It is very easy to operate and to explain also. Soft copy of Service card is also send to customer within a minute.

You could spend your whole time setting up your business on here and they will probably go bust if they are that desperate to keep $150.

On the rare occasion when Formatize is inaccessible due to online issues, that can be frustrating.

Lack of personal contact in the initial stages of training. This has now been rectified with their new training options.

Has the capability of being great, just is not there yet. If all features worked to the advertised product then it would be a positive review.

The last month they have taken 3 months of payments out in 1 week and it has no cancel sub on the site I has to be done by email.

I was shocked to find that the monthly fee was a Service Fee, and the License Fee was additional. It was not made clear at the beginning of the process that there would be 2 fees.
