  • Pros

  • It also exposes several API only admin features of Google Workspace that are extremely useful.
  • The product takes less than 3 minutes to set up and the user interface is very easy and intuitive.
  • Cons

  • I have yet to encounter something I dislike about the platform.
  • I found the policies a bit difficult to get my head around.

  • RLM was fairly easy to setup and deploy in a relatively short time-frame.
  • If we need any fixes or changes, we find Reprise to be a good company to deal with. They have been responsive to our needs and we are planning to continue using them over the long term.
  • Cons

  • Cannot think of anything negative to say about RLM and the people we interfaced with in their support team.
  • Even in doing that, I still found it difficult to get the answers I needed, in order to determine what configuration settings we really needed to override for our company specific rlm server.
