When i bought it there was no network license. I don't know if that feature was added later.

Also customer service is pretty good. They are pretty responsive and answer questions as quickly as possible.

You don't get to give a drop option on how many customers you have on screen  instead looking through page after page to find the customer if you are unsure on what email etc they used.
