I like the different options of scenarios.
CONSThere should be something to have the conversation start off with the agent using their greeting, as opposed to customer providing issue.

This helped speed up training since we do not have to do hotseats one on one with each agent. They can all be doing a scenario at the same time.
PROSIt gives our agents a chance to do real scenarios within what they have been trained on up to that point.
CONSAnything that we have wanted to add or change teh Vistio team has done very quickly.
