Intuitive platform!
The first and foremost likable feature was that it was quite easy to understand bot creation. There were no difficulties faced while building one. Besides this, there were no challenges faced while deploying the bot to assigned social media platforms.Despite a few flaws, Widebot has great potential to become successful in the market. With the ease of the Arabic language (which most international platforms dont provide), it facilitates well with native Arabic speakers.Lastly, I appreciate the prompt support now from the team which was missing a couple of months ago.
CONSThe only drawback I consider is the constant glitches on the platform that our team often faces. Due to which it causes hindrance to our work. Other features could be added to make the platform more appealing.
