Great HR Tool
Great Service, Lots of Documents and Training Courses available. The News and Legislation module is very helpful.
PROSI love that the training courses are interactive. It helps the employees to be in engaged in the course.
CONSSometimes it's hard to find what I want as there are many documents, BUT when I look through all the documents I come across something that I know I will need in the future and I add it to the library so I do not need to look for it again.
Reason for choosing HRdownloads
I have been using HRdownloads since 2005 and have used it at every employer I have worked at. As a single HR person in an organization, its a great toll to be utilized.

Provides crucial HR guidance for smaller business that do not have their own HR department
It has been very positive. It is a valuable resource for our agency.
PROSThe many options they provide. We use the training the most and I look to their provincial updates regularly.

Extremely Easy to Use
The online training and new reminder function is great! It's easy to set-up and send out to your employees.
CONSI wish there were other options for the billing, I use the training but not the fundamentals as much. I would prefer an option for a 6 month package.

Review of HR Downloads
Really enjoy it and the customer service is excellent!
PROSEasy to use and understand almost all parts. Does give financial assistance to non-profit organizations.
CONSGetting the reports can be confusing sometimes. Would prefer to be able to edit each section of employee file rather then the one only at the top of the page.

Extremely valuable for organizations with a small HR team
Outstanding. I had no idea how easy the system is to use. The customer service and advice is outstanding. They have truly captured the market by offering HR services to small to mid size companies. What a great idea and I love the system is Canadian as well. HR Downloads is worth the cost and we are extremely happy with the product. I would highly recommend this product and service.
PROSHR Downloads is a true HR platform that addresses and provides information in a number of HR Categories such as: 1. Strategy 2. Employee engagement 3. Employee and Labour relations 4. Total compensation 5. Workplace Safety 6. Labour Laws 7. Learning and Development 8. Information for the HR Director For small to medium sized organizations the variety of online learning programs is a true time and cost saver. I find HR Downloads is priced fairly and the product offerings don't compare. As well the HR Advisors are extremely helpful and return your call quickly. Overall, I have been extremely impressed with HR Downloads and would highly recommend the product.
CONSThe survey - it isn't as easy to use as survey monkey.
