More than just an LMS!

When you count with a small sales team within your company it is easy to train them, in fact you can train one of them so he/she trains the rest of your personnel (That's what we used to do). But what if you had a sales team of 45+ distributed across the U.S. and Latin America? How do you ensure learning quality and speed? Well, this was precisely the problem we faced at some point. We were receiving an overwhelming amount of sales and eventually we had to hire more people to be able to keep up with our rapid growth. Once we had LearnerNation as our standard learning platform, it reduced dramatically the training time per employee and also helped us keep track of the entire learning process for each of our employees in record time. We were able to measure retention rate, and how that relates to our monthly income. We've never experienced such speed of implementation and functionality, LearnerNation is more than just an LMS, it is a powerful business tool for the modern company.

Learner Nation streamlines my workflow

I was newly hired into a position that, previously, did not exist at my new employer; Talent Development Specialist. Tasked with gathering best practices from our talented team members, synthesizing that information and turning it into measurable training content...well, that is my new job. I was relieved to learn my VP talked with LearnerNation before my hire and already had a pilot site going. What I like most about the LearnerNation platform is the extremely user-friendly interface. The segmentation of the platform helps even the most novice curriculum designer; Courses, Chapters, Concepts, Learning Modalities or Activities. The building blocks to creating training content cannot get any more straightforward than that. Some of the things I hope to see in future iterations of LearnerNation are lightweight content authoring tools and built-in repeatable processes, to speed content creation up even more. Lastly, the support from LearnerNation staff is ROCK STAR STATUS! Responsive and ultra-helpful. The team has been a joy to work with. In my new position, LN took a big chunk of responsibility off my shoulders. Give LearnerNation a try. It's so easy to work with you have nothing to lose.

Helped train my employees faster

When you're an entrepreneur and you have your own sales team, there will be a time when you'll need an LMS to train your employees in an efficient way. After months of looking for a platform we came across a company that stood out from the rest and it was LearnerNation. It wasn't only their good customer service or the ease of use of their software, it was more than that. They gave us a tool that made our business grow and generate and helped us in EVERY step of the way. Which speaks volumes about how much they care for their clients. The overall feeling of the platform is intuitive and very easy to understand which plays a major role when trying to train a group of 80 sales people in an efficient way. As of now I have no complaints about their service, but if I had to make a suggestion I'd ask them to make an app so we can make the training mobile. If you're currently looking for an LMS, I highly recommend LearnerNation.

Great product for retailers to track and improve performance!

I have been working in the retail industry as a sales and management consultant since 1991. I have worked with some of the largest retailers in the US including West Marine, Harley Davidson, Cartier, La-Z--Boy and hundreds more. One of the most elusive and frustrating aspects of retail is getting accurate qualitative and quantitative data on the performance of your sales and management staff. LearnerNation, linked with its new product ImpactScore, does exactly that and more. It allows me to see overall team performance and evaluate the KPI's of individual team members. It targets specific areas of improvement, makes recommendations on how to get better and gives each team member an overall objective ImpactScore. I believe this is a game changer for improved performance, predictability and ROI in retail. I highly recommend taking a close look.

Finally! A comprehensive new player on the market to be taken seriously

After an extensive research into LMS platforms that provided gamification, smart tag-based filtering, and an immersive user experience, hands down, Learner Nation killed the competition. They truly understand their users and provide the features that enhance and automate many of our business processes. The feedback we are getting from our users is amazing, and their best-in-class contextual interface with a responsive web design takes the mobile experience out of this world. User friendly in most aspects, adaptable and responsive

Being able to add/change content ourselves is the #1 plus for this software Customer service has been very responsive and in a timely manner - within 24 hours! Very open to suggestions on how to make the software more adaptable to our needs Easy to do business with compared to previous vendors Would like to be able to change font color more easily or have more options Some functions are set for all all clients which may limit what we can and cannot do on our site . Would like to receive prior notification of all updates and service failure issues prior to our users or automation desk notifications
