I love using the SNF to solve problems and make our facility better

Tracking and Trending made easy
Very easy to learn and helps the management team identify trends so we can implement changes.
PROSIt makes tracking accidents and incidents very easy, reduces paper waste and gives the information required to identify trends.
CONSSometimes 2 of us are in at the same time and we cancel out what someone is doing. An alert that someone is in that file at the time would be helpful.

Exceptional Experience
Overall, SNF Metrics allows our productivity to be at maximum capacity due to the ease and function of the reports and allows our processes to be streamlined.
PROSI like that we can create customizable reports. It is very user friendly and easy on the eyes visually.
CONSI dislike that many times it takes substantial amount of time for reports to load. I also don't like that when I input info it doesn't pull right away on the reports I run.

SNF METRICS REVIEW.
We are pleased with the friendliness and ease of working with SNF Metrics.
PROSUser-friendly and easy-to-use, SNF METRICS is a great tool. There are so many reporting features available on SNF Metric that make it easy for me to view all the data and reporting I need.
CONSIn areas that need improvement, the system takes several minutes to update my data after I write a note. Further, AR reports can appear messy and not all data on the site will appear on the reports.

SNF Metrics Review
Since I started using SNF Metrics I haven't turned back. The whole system is built with the understanding of what each department needs and it is super helpful.
PROSIt it extremely organized and there are many reports that helps me understand how the homes are doing financially and gives me a clear print out of the financial aspect of each payer and all residents.
CONSI wouldn't say there is anything I don't like about SNF Metrics.

amazing
i love SNF metrics. it helps me keep my work organized and efficient. i am able to be on top of way more homes and catch all issues right away. i literally wouldnt function without it :) i keeps me in check and i use it every day in and out.
CONSnot always updates as quickly as i wish it to be - but its definitely getting better and faster...

Overall everything I use it for is great, very easy to navigate.

System has potential.
It has the capability to integrate with other programs to pull information but it needs to be a bit more user friendly.

Okay system too much double charting
If does the job, but too much double documentation.
PROSManagement can review and update the report.
CONSDoes not pull into charting system locks people out if they don't use it frequently enough causing delay in risk reporter completion.

Recommend
The ease of it everyone getting the grievance assignment and not having to track them grievance down.
CONSThe exporting of the sheets. This is a little confusing at times.
