Fantastic interface that made it easy for me to move quickly.

I was able to import a unique character and supply voice over for animation. The process was very quick and the interface was intuitive. To get started was just a few minutes because there was virtually no learning curve.

When my video character was generated, his hat had a few glitches. I realize that this is not the fault of the HeyGen software, but a hallmark of AI in general. Not bad enough to put me off though.

I especially liked the ease of use (hence the title), the easiest of all gen AI tools I have used so far.

How easy every step, from onboarding, to uploading assets, to generatiing voice and video is. Integration with other voice services

I think the price is OK for professional use, but for recreational use a little too high.

For me, they are scammers. If I could, I would give a 0 star rating... Look, this was the situation: First of all, I canceled my subscription inside the platform last month and they charged me again anyway, but it doesn't stop there. Into my account history I have paid for 4 months for a 15 minute credit. Actually, 3 monthly payments paid, with the exception of this one (march 2024) now that I'm asking for cancellation and refund. By my calculations (and by the calculation of anyone who knows how to add), this is the equivalent of 45 minutes of credits for video generation. My total video generation history was exactly 9 credits, equivalent to 9 minutes. Where the hell did the other 36 minutes go? Totally scammers

It's incredible to see how the AI learns the speech and mannerisms of our models. I love that they include an ethical consent requirement before creating the avatars.

While the technology is super impressive, it does take some fine tuning with the script to get the avatar to sound natural.

The level of video outputs that you get. Those are the best Ai avatars on the market. So good some people wont even notice the difference from real videos. Saved a lot time

I am not a big fan of the pricings. And I would love to have a bit more flexebility with the creation of Ai avatars.

HeyGen works very well. Easy to use, seamless, and astounding video quality.

Low limit of free access. It would be nice to get more functionality out of the free trial.

I'm in love. It allows me to create content I could never have created on my own. It allows me to reach people in places I could never have reached before. My only complaint is that I can't afford all the things I'd like to do with it.

It's fast. It's good at Avatar generation. It's good at voice generation. It exports quickly. It can be done simply.

Not a great mobile experience yet. I'm sure it will be one day.

Creating my own avatar was so freaking awesome!

A very small thing, working in desktop mode on my cell. But thats just a small thing. Other programs dont all you to use desktop mode, you have design on an actual desktop. HeyGen is a win.

I'm using HeyGen to develop my slide presentation and I'm using the AI avatar generator, very easy to create my content, and select my country language.. and the avatar is very neutral. the pronunciation is very similar to my country's language

when I'm editing the scripts, the language keeps changing to Indonesian instead of Malay, even if I delete one character, it keeps changing the country language. but it's not difficult to change back to my country's language.

There is only the first experience, and it's great!

It is incredible how far AI has come in such a short amount of time. With only 2 minutes of video and audio it has created a full avatar of myself and it really acts and sounds like me :)

This has made AI avatar generation a snap! I use it in almost all of my videos.

I've used many AI APPs; HeyGen is by far (so far) the quickest and slickest. Rather than waste time trying to get something to work, it "just does." The results are amazing.

I'm testing several similar programs, but HeyGen really impressed me with its quality, speed and ease of use. I consider the program to be our official AI here at the company.

Ease of use, the program's layout is clean and very intuitive. It is well divided and easy to assimilate.
