Overall, I am happy with the experience. There are some options that I would like to have added, but it is saving me some time.

This software can be a bit confusing to learn, including learning how to navigating through all of the features.

My most favorite feature of Jolt would be its assistance in helping the team meet food safety.

We also love the referral program. We haven't had anyone actually join yet, but we recommend Jolt to everyone.

It can be difficult to delete a lost from the daily to-do checklist once it has been added.

It has extreme customization and it is easy to print out the inspections for the night crew and the users are happy with a program that is quick and easy to use.

Customer support has been very helpful to us and he is always keeping up with the workflow. Overall it has been an AWESOME experience.

Jolt is amazing, I've used it with several companies that I have worked for and it is the only program I CONTINUALLY RECCOMEND. Great program and even better customer service.

Cost per month is really high.I have to pay custom duties here in Canada that adds up.

The software, in our experience, is offline often.

This is a super customizable software and has a lot of power. If you need to add new functionality, they will add it.

It is a strong ERP with great adaptability & real fast accessibility.

It takes a lot of steps to do a simple thing and if you make a mistake, you have to input twice as much time to fix it. I wish there was a cheat sheet to know the functions.

What I like most about QAD SOFTWARE is that the complete solution is well. Very easy to use for me.

Difficult to integrate with third party products. Low phase of new version releases.

Some field sizes are 8 character (username) or 24 character (product description) because, I suspect, the program was developed around the year 1980.

Lacks basic functions such as consignment RMA (It is handled as a negative quantity sale). Some basic features are considered add-ons and require additional annual licensing fee.

I am guessing that QAD was developed by 1000 developers with 1 week experience each and no architect whatsoever. What qualifies me to say that.

It was 1st ERP solution I used in my professional life & I found it very easy to use and simple & quick to learn.

I like the fact that that menus are easy to navigate - no too technical codes like SAP.

Today this strong MRP is supported, surrounded and integrated with all key modern ERP features and functionalities.

That system provides inventory visibility & tacking its velocity that helps reducing variability that is a core aspect in inventory management.

What I like the most about this software is the ability to review and dissect information regarding incoming parts, inventory, WIP, finished goods and even product that has already shipped.

I never wrote a review on any product or software but in this case I feel it is my duty to warn people. If you are in the market for ERP, this is not one you should consider.

There are no indications when you have reached the end of your flow through so when you are training it can be difficult to know when you've completed your task.

It will do its best to support you production processes but will be as well great tool to help you in finance/accounting and logistics.

Simple, quick, and easy to train new employees. It has made moving inventory very easy.
