Textedly is a cloud-based SMS marketing tool for businesses of all sizes.

The system offers mass group texting, text scheduling and customizable auto replies. Users can send texts over 300 characters long. The system also offers a link-shrinking feature to minimize the number of characters taken up by hyperlinks.

Textedly automatically gathers city, state and zipcode information for each subscriber. Users can also access analytics such as subscriber timestamps, activity, user history and other performance metrics. Incoming messages are free, and there is no limit to the number of subscribers Textedly users may have.

Textedly is priced on a per-month subscription basis.

This is the best mass texting service I have ever seen. The feature of setting communication on my time is the best feature. I can effortlessly build my customer base. And the other things is, there is no limitation about signing up, how many people I like. If anyone sign up, textedly automatically track zip code, state etc. that's why I can know how is performing my campaign. That's why I am like this software..

Cons

Subscriber data is more complicated. This software is not so user friendly. Company's support system needed some improve.

Ease of use. All over the network. Very fast and responsive. It provides any feature needed and fits various businesses.

Cons

The only frustrating part of this was synchronizations between the actual service and email client. Other than that it was good.

Pros

We are always on the move so we need something which can be easily accessible and flexible. Textedly suits best for instant messaging. It gives us feasibility to send a proper format message so that our customer/clients gets the whole knowledge in a single message, thanks to Textedly. Along with mass messaging, we can schedule it as well for later days.
Apart from all other functionality, Textedly has a great customer support, which adds more value to customer experience.

Cons

Satisfied with all the aspects, and so simple to operate, for the cons, there is nothing much but they can always bring something new, which solves the pain issues of email marketing, can have more options in "Filter". Other than that, Great Work Textedly Team!

Very easy to use. Remotely accessible through internet. Responsible results for text delivery. Scheduling feature is hats off.

Cons

Other than some minor issues like no sync with outlook might be annoying for some, it does what it is supposed to do very well.

I switch over to shopify from woocommerce a year ago and I don't regret it.

Pros

I can get customers to opt in via texting keywords which is great! Instead of the standard of simply adding phone numbers.

Cons

Nothing. Shopify could have more options for paid themes but that's all

I've ran 2 campaign blast in the last 2 months and it helps my existing customers come back or refer friends. At least 30 referrals or return customers have come from it in the past 2 months

Pros

I can send to everyone simultaneously. I came from mighty text where I could only do 25 at a time and had to think way to hard about making groups and keeping track of subscribers was a nightmare. Usually would take half of my Sunday away now I'm done from creating a campaign to send ingredients it out in 30 minutes.

Cons

That I can't send with my caller ID. That customers already have a trust with. But it's ok they'll learn to love the short code.

Textedly offers one of the cheapest (if not the cheapest) mass texting with shortcode plans online. For a small church group with just 200-300 members, it was not worth spending upwards of 75 dollars monthly to send them weekly notifications. But with Textedly, the price was almost 80 percent less! Best of all, the user interface is so smooth, I am able to send mass texts from whereever from my phone. The support group always gets back to me as soon as possible as well and is very helpful if I have any questions!

Cons

There are no cons compared to other mass text messaging platforms. The one thing I can say is that they don't offer just a standalone service where you can buy credits one time and just use them. You have to subscribe to a monthly plan no matter what.

We are a school so we were using phone chains which are incredibly complicated to set up and ever changing. This will make it much easier to contact the parents for emergency closing.

Pros

It is pretty simple to follow along and they have videos to help guide you through your questions.

Cons

I did notice that I couldn't simply update a clients phone number. You needed to delete it and start over.

Overall positive. I get more engagement from my clients via text then with email. I just wish there was a way to see how many people saw the text msg. Like an open rate.

Pros

It’s easy and organized. I like that it easy to add new subscribers.

Cons

That it cost extra or used additional messages to send a link. On most of today’s smart phones just typing the link makes it active. Instead just keep the feature that shortens the url and not have additional msgs be used to add a link.

Pros

We're incredibly new to using SMS for marketing. Didn't really know what we were doing, honestly. Textedly gave us a super easy intro, how-to, and focus on how to tackle this new aspect of our business. We don't have a huge market that we send texts to, but the response has been overwhelmingly positive. It's made my job of communicating with the field much easier and more personal.

It has been great to work with Textedly. They downloaded all my clients information for me to get started quickly. They have been there for questions and the program is very easy to use and understand.

Pros

The software was an affordable transition to the expensive program we were using. We were able to keep in contact with our customers and keep making appointments and that means money!
