Everything you could want to help you sell on Amazon
Opportunity Finder and Niche Hunter are fantastic tools that have helped our company find products to resell on Amazon. It takes a lot of digging, but the reward is so sweet.
CONSThere are a great number of tools within Jungle Scout that our team simply has no use for or the time to learn. It would be cool if there was an a la carte option so that we could pay for the tools we're interested in using.

Multi Year Customer Quits Immediately For This One Reason
100% Fail. As soon as I realized what they did, I completely closed out my account. For years I paid separately for Jungle Scout. Not anymore. That's how badly they ruined Fetcher. I won't even pay them for their other software. They completely gutted Fetcher, and jacked up the price for it by 50%.
PROSI don't like anything about this software. They were doing fine, they chose to buy another product of which I was a multi year customer of, completely gut it, then jack up the price. They deleted years of financial data, which was incompatible anyways with their new software. They tried to buy me off when I approached with concern.
CONSEverything. JS completely ruined Fetcher. They deleted years of financial data, and removed features that made Fetcher worthy of the money I paid them every single month for years. Jungle Scout provides less functionality, and they charge more money.
Reason for choosing Jungle Scout
I regret giving Jungle Scout every single dollar I gave them for the 5 years I was a customer.

Favorite online tool for Amazon
I really like the ease of use of Jungle Scouts features and extension. I had a membership in the past, but ended it last year so that I could check out other programs since I wasn't selling on Amazon yet. but now that I tested others and have an active Amazon seller account, I returned to Jungle Scout because they do have the best features for the most reasonable pricing.
PROSOut of the 4 or 5 programs I tested before selecting Jungle Scout, I found Jungle Scouts Extension, key word search, sales tracking, inventory management, and review collection software to be the best/
CONSNot able to access some of the functions, like AI, unless I purchase a more expensive membership.

Amazing Product Research Tool
I like how user friendly and helpful the app is, how good the customer service is, and the skills you can learn watching the academy videos.
CONSIt is a bit expensive but I think it’s still definitely worth it

Jungle Scout King
The one thing that Jungle Scout has is an undying desire to help their members.
PROSHi fellow Jungle Scouters, You guys have been terrific over the years! All the features that you have have on your Web App and Extensions are absolutely terrific and unparalleled! I mean you've got Product Research, Suppliers (of the products on Amazon...POWERFUL!), Keyword Scout (Lists, Builder and Tracker), Marketing, Sales Analytics, The Academy, The Market with it's infinite resources of tutors and specialists,....I mean, what's not too like?? It's like handing the business reins over to you and say, go and succeed! No other app or program has such an array of awesome tools at one's disposal!
CONSIt has a feature that arranges columns in a fashion that cannot be toggled back and forth. What I mean is that when you look at each item in the app, you cannot look at it from left to right, and vice versa. Your obligated to got to the very bottom of the page where the toggle bar only be found, and then choose the info that you are looking for. By the time that you get to the top again, you can easily forget where you were. I don't know about how that works on the cell phone because I never use it on my cell. However, I do know that it is easy to see from the first column to the last column on a laptop because of that round-ball-thingy where the space bar should be. Very convenient! I doubt that after all of this hard work and construction on creating Jungle Scout, that this should not be that complicated an issue.

Jungle Scout Thoughts
I signed up at the very beginning and have not used it to find a product or build a listing. I do believe it is a very valuable software and my goal this year is to really use it to find a product I can source, list and be very profitable.
PROSFor me it has been overwhelming but I need to watch more tutorials as to how to use it effectively.
CONSFor me it is how to correctly build a listing using keywords, again perhaps that is my lack of not watching more tutorials.

Good software
It was a good software but honestly I moved to helium10 because it has a full suite of tools
PROSThe greatest features is the tracking of the items that allow you to see the sales of a certain item over time
CONSIt is not full of others tools like helium10 that has all the tool to do private label like cerebro, magnet etc..

Jungle Scout Review
My overall experience has been good as it has enabled me to be able to launch my e-commerce business with no prior knowledge.
PROSI found Jungle Scout invaluable when first starting up my e-commerce business, in regards to the support given in a timely manner, the tutorials available and some of the tools- I especially found the listing builder helped me massively.
CONSThere are several things that could improve, such as some form of demographic data available in regards to customer profiling of particular Amazon products or just amazon users in general, Telephone or live chat function available, as the package is costly-not to have extra costs for things such as PPC data. Additionally, I found a lot of supplier info was not available, the opportunity score can be misleading at times, as an average can bring the demand level down considerably, however, on closer inspection, sometimes you cvan see via the top sellers that the demand is very high.

My experience with Jungle Scout and being an Amazon Seller is based on determining which keywords I should use for my products when I list them and being able to rank them organically with Amazon Search.
PROSJungle Scout is a great application because you can access it online and the interface is simple enough to use in comparison to needing to download a desktop application it can reduce clutter on your computer.
CONSThe pricing is a bit expensive and it's only increasing in price. If you look at junglescout.app you can see the pricing change over the years so it's a bit much if you're a beginner and on a budget.

Jungle Scout - best software solution
Making good choices when adding new products to our brand. This feature limits the number of unsuccessful products added to our brand and enables us to track results and make changes based on analytics vs. "wild" guesses.

Great tool but need to focus on it's good at
it's been helpful as I primarily use it for category study and research. I just wish that JS would be able to scrap more listing data such as product specification and estimate the sales down to child asin level.

Awesome features but the app is frequently slow and unresponsive.
As I said, the features of JS are awesome, but the app itself needs to be updated in order to meet the demand of those powerful features. Overall experience is regular, I decided to look at other tools because of the frequent issues (slowness and errors) of the app.
PROSThe set of tools is awesome to research and analyse products/niches/markets. It's very easy to use, and easy to understand for novices. Also there are tons of videos showing how to use the app.
CONSSometimes the app is very slow and even unresponsive. Also I've experienced frequent error messages while trying to export CSV files or add products to the product tracker, etc.
