Whilst using the platform there have been several problems with the customer service team where we’ve heard different stories about particular features.

Features and functions are very easy to use and understand. Love everything but the point that I cannot integrate third party APIs to the app.

The integration of various API and good for designer. Its a good platform for designer who need to design apps.

I dislike thst i paid for the Premium Service and the APPY Pie logo destroys my Splash Page at over £600 paid.

Also the alarm on my radio section is so not needed and I do not know how to take that feature off.

The features are awesome. The membership card and loyalty system alone is great but now to add it in Augmented Reality and your own store is awesome.

I managed to add everything I wanted to my app. The tutorials are great, they make it super easy to guide yourself through the website.

The biggest thing is the text to payment method. Extremely good software.

Software easy to navigate, setting up new users is easy. If you need assistance, a Kimoby representative helps you right away.

We liked that it was very easy to use and set up, and can send things out automatically/scheduled.

Love the feature of being able to send customers pics when there is a issue with the vehicle.

We did not like that users can easily opt out of receiving messages. We used this to remind employees to send timesheets but they would just opt out and it rendered the system useless.

When typing in a phone number there is a significant lag. Sometimes picks numbers no where near the invidual I am trying to access.

I love that Kimoby gives me the chance to connect with customers on my Phone, PC, or iPad.

Kimoby is very easy to use, with fantastic support. Great integration with the systems we use.

The level of support is fantastic, any issues are resolved quickly. Their team listens to suggestions for improvements.
